The elevator situation is a bit odd. At times both elevators are offline to save on wear and tear. Then only one works at set times. For a resort of this size is disappointing.

The elevator is ALWAYS out of service. I suggest also to put a STOP sign where the parking lot connects with the hotel. Also some kind of discount for regular customers would be great!

Pool and hot tab area is clean but outdated. Elevator was out of service and we lived on the 3rd floor. Hotel should offer free breakfast , but they only say sorry

Room was good, balcony is huge with a lake view. Convenient location, bike rental place next to hotel. Beach is very nice: shallow and clean entrance. Great for kids. Lots f space for everyone. Fire pit on the beach for evening gathering. Wooden sticks are provided for marshmallows.

Both elevators were not working. So we had to take stairs with the kids.

The resort has a private beach and some rooms overlook the lake. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Two.things - 1. There was a kitchen.which was great but not a single cooking sheet and limited pots etc. 2. The games room was VERY limited - it had a ping ping table and skipping ropes left behind by travellers . That was very disappointing for a lodge catering to families.

The beach and lake were lovely. Staff were helpful. Proximity to village was great.

Although the unit was quite clean, the oven did not work. Cooking dishes were not available and serving bowls, a regular coffee pot and kettle would have been nice to have. Toilet leakage in ensuite bedroom. Mattress needs an upgrade. In future will not book through booking.com.

The view from our room is spectacular. There is a private beach so kids can enjoyed swimming or playing on the sand.there's also a swimming pool and sauna in the facility.

Rooms feel a little tired and would benefit from some modernisation. AC quite loud at night, no kettle in room & tea just doesn’t taste right from a coffee maker.

The bed in the living had a really bad mattress with a big gap in the middle. Didn't have a good sleep because of that.

I miss the games room the pool table and air hockey and wish the hours of the pool would be 8AM to 10PM like it used to be. I find 10AM to 8PM is not enough. Also miss the Adirondack chairs on the balconies.

the room is dated. the pull out bed couch is probably from the 90s, the carpet definitely needs cleaning too. The room paint looks very gloomy and just dull overall. Lots of potential for this hotel if they can just take care of these lil things.

There are a lot of activities for my kids during our stay. We went for a walk in the woods, we went skating, the hotel has cookies and hot coco in the afternoon available at the lobby . At night the kids played pingpong , watched a movie in a cinema room while the adults spent time by the fireplace. The view ofna lake from our room is just spectacular.
