The house keeping it never wax done. Not enough channels on tv. The electrical outlets would not hold the cords that you pluged into them.

All but the house keeping it was ok. The was plenty big enough. Apliances worked tv worked.

I didn't like the fact that I had to change rooms in the middle of the night because they didn't check the room to make sure everything was working right. I sat in a hot room for hours waiting for the air-conditioner to cool the room down until I finally had enough and complained. Then the lady gave us a room next to noisy people and it was a conjoining room so didn't feel so comfortable and the key didn't work had to go back to the office and she eventually got the key to work but she should have found us another room because we couldn't open the door ourselves. The first room was missing the refrigerator also. I absolutely did like how the night girl working the front desk couldn't get off her phone when I went up there to get keys to change rooms.

It looked sketchy from the front, but once inside the rooms, they were great.

The hotel is under renovation, so don’t let that deter you from this location. The rooms are much nicer than the front.

Facility very dated. Beds very uncomfortable. Booked the king suite and when my daughter sat on the pull out bed she fell thru.

Called the front desk about the bed issue and she was very nice and helpful. Gave us two adjoining rooms instead.

Hotel need to be updated, better cleaning detailing ( had hair all over bathroom and floor was not swept and mop).

I booked the place because it had a pool. When I got there the pool was empty. It was disappointing. I would not have booked it had I been informed that the pool was out of commission. Also the shower had a safety handle mounted right in the same place my left shoulder should be and I hit it several times while showering. It shouldn't be in that spot.

There was a few places to eat across the street and there was a soda machine not far from my room.

Omg, where to start. What a DUMP. Walked in and there were cigarette ashes on the night stand. Only one of 4 lamps worked, toilet set was cracked in half and toilet did not flush. Went to call front desk and the phone had NO receiver cord. Worse was waking up at 2am and there air conditioner had flooded the hallway by the bathroom & vanity. Staff did nothing except had me write down my complaints and put it in the pile with all the others for the owner to respond. Lol, yeah no.

This time the first room they gave us was filthy. Sink and tub had not been cleaned, Mirrors not clean, bed looked slept in and covers pulled up. Went to front desk snd staff was very apologetic and gave me a nice clean room.

The staff is always super friendly. We stay here about 2-4 times a year.

The room and bathroom were dirty. Bathroom had a half used roll of toilet paper sitting on a dirty counter with hairs all over it. The carpets were dirty with crumbs and other things and appeared to have never been vacuumed. There were stains on the sheets. The air conditioner stated to not turn it above 70 degrees or it would freeze up. The room smelled of smoke. The drop ceiling in the bathroom area was falling down.

The bathroom had black mold on walls and part of ceiling had fallen into top of closet. Bathroom very disturbing. Pool was green. Outside area was also dirty.

Didn’t know it was in the crime capital of Georgia, only stayed long enough to take a shower and relax watching tv for about an hour and then drove 330 miles to get to riceville Tennessee.

The A/C was so loud that when it was running, we couldn't even hear each other talk. There were ceiling tiles missing above the closet area which probably contributed to the A/C noise. It was just a hole in the ceiling with pipes and junk showing. The first night there, the noise from the bikers outside mostly drowned out the A/C.

We used this facility only because there were no other available accommodations for the period we needed. Even so, I hoped that it would be okay. It was barely.

Bugs in the room and bathroom, commode and bathtub was filthy, bedding was filthy and had smashed bugs in the tub. We just got out of a pandemic yet this room appeared it has not been clean since before the pandemic! To stay here places your health at risk. The bed was nasty hair and other debris. No one should have to stay in this place.

The lady at the front desk was nice but nice doesn’t get it for my money. The room was disgusting, nasty I couldn’t sleep in the bed roaches and spiders were every where. The bathroom was so nasty I couldn’t shower smashed roaches were in the tub, hair all over the bathroom, commode was dirty I had to shower at the truck stop. I was so tired I couldn’t go anywhere slept in my clothes on top of the bed! Why ? When I pulled the covers back the sheets were filthy! This place is disgusting pay the extra money and go some place that’s clean! That has no roaches and spiders. Called the lady at the desk she didn’t do anything. She didn’t offer another room. I should have requested a refund or another room. I’m late reading the reviews so another room would have been the same. I literally turned on the air condition to make the room very cold, then I put on my long sleeve hooded shirt so I could sleep! Never again no matter how tired I am. I could have slept in my truck because I showered at the truck stop! Horrible place.
