The room would have been even better with an espresso machine ... I would gladly have paid a couple of dollars more per night to have this.

The room was comfortable, clean and not cramped. The room appeared to have been renovated recently and was in great condition. The location was in a quiet road with little traffic in the old city. There was a comprehensive cold breakfast available (pastries, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, cold cuts etc), and a pleasant environment to eat it in.

The tub was sloppy to use. Splashes from the faucet to floor. . . but it was pretty! Wish I had had bubbles?

Delicious breakfast, excellent selection of coffees and food items. They had 2-3 different breads to toast, bagels, croissants, muffins, cheeses, meats, hard boiled eggs, mixed fresh fruit salad, lox/salmon, yogurt, granola and juice. Two very nice dining areas. Loved the exposed brick in our tastefully decorated room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location - within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely return.

It would have been nice to have some hot breakfast choices, but the breakfast buffet was good, nonetheless. We weren't crazy about having the sink and bathtub (which we only stored a wet umbrella in!) inside the room. The toilet and shower were in a room by themselves. ... and the shower was excellent!

The hotel was on a quiet side street, but still very close to the water, good restaurants, and shopping. We were able to park our car in a very convenient parking garage and walk to pretty much everything we wanted to do/see.

The room was cleaned each morning, but not always thoroughly - for example, used washcloths left in the shower were not removed, and a hand towel by the sink was not clean, though nicely folded. The tv was a mystery so some sort of directions would have been helpful, too.

Ariele at the front desk was outstanding. The woman who maintained the breakfast area was also very good. Location was excellent!

Our stay was Mid April before busy season, We selected "standard room" 3 floor, back of main building, was very quiet, close to elevator. Breakfast was great with variety of items to choose from. centrally located in the lower city with easy access to Upper Walled city either using stairways or roadways. Parking close by for fair fee. In and Out anytime with parking pass from hotel.
