We checked in on a Tuesday had made arrangements for dinner out had planed to have meals at hotel on Wednesday to find out restaurant was closed and restaurant was closed the morning we checked out on Thursday restaurant was closed. Would have been nice to no at check in. We paid good money to stay at this place. To find out that they don’t make up the room each day would have been nice to no in advance so we could have booked somewhere else.

The room they gave me was not waterside, even so I called corcierge to tell her my point about the room and I felt that he responded rudely and only said the room is waterside if it is, on the other hand, the windows in the living room were not clean and in the pool and hot tub they had many mayflies. They sell, the idea of 45 dollars of credit, the reality is that they give it to you in the following way: 10 dollars for restaurant 10 dollars for the spa 25 dollars when you check out, in my opinion they should be clear about this point from the moment people make the reservation ,have to be clear about this point and not handle it as a promotion for book.

They don’t come clean your room unless you pay extra ( not a hotel style ) I was told I would get 45 dollars in credit when I booked and only received $10 dollars , when asked they said we will give u the rest on check out ( this never happened) The restaurant was good but a little too pricey with really small portion sizes . The pillows in our bed were too high for both me and. My husband so I didn’t enjoy my very comfortable bed . We were told there was a jacuzzi but it only fit one person Also there used to be no breakfast place to go too , so you always to leave the property to get food

The property had a lot of amenities . The restaurant was good. We got a one bedroom with jacuzzi with a view and the room was massive

Chairs for the balcony would have been nice. No one at check in told us about how the lights work and we didn’t get our coupons to use at the resort until we asked later. Too bad the restaurant was closed on Wednesday.

We enjoyed happy hour in the restaurant and the aqua path in the spa. Staff were great and accommodated our group of 11.

The pool could be a bit more cleaner and the hot tub could have been a bit more warmer.

The room was spacious enough with all the amenities and a balcony facing the landscape as well! The pool was clean however the outdoor hot tub was dirty and one of the showers in the women's change room had a curtain missing so it was bit tough to change :( The site has free EV chargers which was awesome!

The check-in process had a long line. As everyone was checking in for 4pm. Would be nice to have a staggered check ins

Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite. It felt like a home away from home. Love that the suit was equipped with full kitchen stocked with cookwear and utensils so we could prepare our own meals. The area is quiet and peaceful.

SPA and the restaurant were pricy for what they offered .Needs more indoor things to do in winter where no use of outdoors. Not much to do in winter in the twom as well.

We had a water view, one bedroom, it was clean and well equipped. Welcoming staff. Resturant , spa, pool, by the lake.

I didnt really enjoy that you had to get a pool key and the coffee wasnt 24/7, its only served till 830.

Pool area, the floor was dirty. Small pool outside, should be a jacuzzi given the size of the hotel. Very expensive spa.

There were many things that were not working in the room. They had no place to put plates, glasses and cutlery. The bed was worn out. There was a huge dent in the mattresses.

Leaks in the ceiling in main areas made it hard to navigate. Room was near noisy ice machine, not listed on listing or booking.

Cooling system in my room wasn’t working. I put it to 65F and it the system turned off every time in 2 min. Hard to sleep when it’s above 68F

It would have been better if there were more closets in the kitchen for plates, cups and glasses. There were no dish sponges or scrubbers in the kitchen. Also there was no blind for the balcony door in the living room. The person sleeping on the pull out couch was woken by the day light very early in the morning and could not sleep in.

Everything was good. The size, the layout, cleanliness, location, restaurant facility in the resort.
