No vanity in bathroom and low pedestal sink and mirror made it difficult for my husband to shave and me to put on make up. Pillows were very fluffy (most people like) I had to use a towel as a pillow because the pillows were too thick.

When we got to the room it was very clean just no towels . Front desk promptly dealt with that.

The staff was so friendly and very efficient. Check in and check out we’re quick and front desk staff were so helpful and friendly.

They had provided us with a resort credit voucher but when we booked the kayaks they called us back to say that we couldn’t use them because the lake had “whitecaps”. We were near the lake and it seemed fine for kayaking. Also they should open the times up later as it is difficult to use the resort credit if you are not able to check in until 4 but the kayak rental closes at 5pm and doesn’t open until 9am the next day.

The property was in a very convenient location to access the town as well as a reasonable distance to Blue Mountain. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Property didn’t have tap enabled payment terminal. My debit chip had some issue and I had to struggle to make payment. It would have been smooth if the property had few tap enabled payment terminal.

No adult hours at the pool, very crowded with kids until closing. The restaurant was quite dissapointing unfortunately. The staff was lovely but the quality was not there for the price-point, we ended up deciding to go elsewhere for breakfast. Unfortunately, it seemed like the hotel was cutting some corners and missed the mark on trying to be "upscale/luxurious". The shampoos and face washes in the rooms were low quality, the room service menu closed very early, the wine list was pricey but a bit uninspiring...we ordered a charcuterie board for room service and although plentiful, the ingredients just seemed cheap. My partner is a charcuterie guy and didn't touch the meats and cheeses because of an off- flavour and the spreads and honey were crusted up and came in plastic. All was a bit sad and covered in plastic wrap. Maybe we are being harsh but we are foodies and it was just not the quality we expected for the cost. Also, everything at this resort was extra money. No morning coffee included, restaurant had 7 dollar lattes...no continental breakfast, the resort credits were limited and cheap...advertised as $150 credit, which I thought would be a flexible amount that we could have many options with, but was one coupon for an hour kayak, one bucket of driving range balls, and $10 off golfing. Absolutely no spa options, which was initially what I came for.

Beautiful resort. The rooms were fairly standard but comfortable. Especially the beds. Very lovely waterfront views and cool roof to look out at Blue Mountain. Parking was easily accessible and included, which was great. It came with resort credits which was part of the appeal to book at this location.

View from our room was disturbing. Burnt out boat! Restaurant was over priced.  Food was good but we feel like we were in a diner.  Tables too close together no privacy.  We like to eat indoors with air conditioning, did not realize that it was open air restaurant. Was not a fine dining experience.  Staff was great though.

The spa was nice. View was nice from the roof top patio.

The room was lovely and large. We had a deluxe king room and our friends had the one bedroom suite which was spectacular. We weee there to visit grandchildren and they came and spent the day in the pool. It was raining so our picnic was in doubt but the lovely lady at the front desk allowed us to use the long table in the sitting room in the lobby which was absolutely perfect. The adults had dinner at the lakeside grill and we had the tomahawk platter which was delicious. We”d go back and we’d recommend to friends without hesitation.

We didn’t do any activities at the resort due to our short trip and spending a full day at blue mountain. That was our fault not the property!
