Lack of parking. We drove a truck and it didn't fit in the underground parking they use. It's also pay parking.

Nothing everything was perfect !

Beautiful place to stay! Perfect location within walking distance to the Fairmont Hotel and all the attractions in the area, right across a beautiful Park to hang out with small tables and chairs to have a nice coffee in the evening. A lot of kids were playing in the water fountain during the day or lights during the night. The public parking is literally across the hotel! Close to restaurants, coffee shops etc. The room was on the second floor quiet, clean, and easy to check in and out. A hot shower after a long day of walking was everything! Comfy beds and cold air conditioner. Our windows were facing the park and street! When we closed the windows we didn't hear any noise from outside. Kids love it!! So happy I choose this hotel!! I recommend it to everyone!!

The shower. It went from warm to scalding randomly. Maybe it would be a good idea to offer to assist people with their luggage to the top floor. If you have mobility issues request a first floor room.

Loved the location of the hotel. Steps are narrow and not having an elevator makes it difficult to get your luggage to the top floor. Room was wonderful .

The A/C unit was noisy but in fairness, it was very hot outside so it had to work hard. A little fridge would be nice as there is no restaurant or vending machine in the building itself.The bathroom door wouldn't close properly.

Lots of stairs, up & down, no elevator available. No refrigerator in room although there was a community one available, same with the iron. Bed mattress was a bit firm for our liking. Bathroom was a bit small, especially where toilet was & there was a large step up to get into shower.

The location was great, walking distance to everything we planned to visit. Staff very nice, room affordable & large, very clean & decorated nicely. Nice deck available for relaxing outside. Room fairly quiet, some street noise & noise from other rooms heard during visit. Parking was available nearby for $17.50 per night.

There wasn’t anything I was unhappy about.

the property is centrally located to visit all the tourist sights, to take the ferry, as well as walking distance to the less tourist discovered parts of Quebec City. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. all the staff was friendly and helpful with our questions. Al see o, there are so many places to eat within a 3-5 minute walk.

Reception was exceptional, an issue with our initial room was resolved immediately. Nothing was a problem. Excellent local advice, couldn't have been better. Being directly across the road from the Witches house makes it a superb location

There should be a better shower caddy. It would have been nice to see some body lotion available.

There was a friendly reception. Questions were answered. Room was very clean and pleasantly furnished. A little coffee machine was set up. There was a fridge for storing foods for breakfast.

The room was on the first floor so it was a little awkward getting luggage up the tight staircase.

Fantastic location right in the city so plenty of places to eat and drink. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even gave us a map and made suggestions for a day trip. The room was very typically French and suited the vibe perfectly. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Important to note that there is no elevator. And step steps walking into hotel. We were in a room on second floor but there are 3 floors. We had read ahead of time and were prepared but important to know.

The room (2 double bed w the two plaid chairs) was exactly as pictured or even better. The two windows overlooked the Old City and it was a large beautiful room with comfortable beds and exceptional housekeeping. We absolutely loved our room (#10). The staff was wonderful. Their location could not be beat. Near to everything. We even used the rooftop terrace for reading and a place to drink a cup of coffee. The hotel itself is historic and beautifully decorated. Reasonable parking right across the streets in underground parking garage.

The rooms (or at least the room that I was in) weren't very soundproof -- there was no noise from outside, but I could hear noise from other rooms (e.g. snoring, TV) so it depends a bit who your neighbours happen to be. Maybe bring earplugs just in case if you're a light sleeper. It would have been great to have a kettle in the room or available downstairs by the fridge (maybe it was just my room that didn't have one though).

The location was amazing, the shared rooftop terrace was a great place to have a drink in the sun with a view of the Chateau, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was down the hall but surprisingly spacious. There's a shared fridge downstairs. Everyone I spoke to was very kind, and I appreciated that they let me store my bags for a few hours after check-out.
