Utilized one of the vouchers to a third party venue. The third party venue was unsatisfactory. Would rather like to see a voucher that supports a main attraction in the area, for example, a discount on entrance fees with one of Niagara's main attractions.

The sauna at the spa.

Our view was beautiful, we’re on the 6th floor towards the right. We also went to their spa ( separate cost) I loved it. Not many people go. However, the sauna wasn’t hot enough. Other than that the room was spacious, clean and their jacuzzi was amazing to relax. It was also clean :)

Not enough whole food plant based food options that offer no salt sugar or oil in fresh foods. The baked potato at Mortons had oil and salt on the skin. I have allergies so food was hard to find for me. Need more vegan healthy otpions.

Location is fantastic! We booked an upper floor room and could enjoy the unobstructed view of the waterfalls night and day. Staff was helpful, and facilities were as expected.

(Not a breaking point for us… however,) The bathroom was not cleaned and prepped. Noticed due to bar of soap left in shower and only one bath towel left in bathroom. Overall the bathroom did not look/feel dirty. We just requested replacement towels and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful room with a stunning view of the Falls! Convenient location to Falls with bridge to cross right over to attractions. Staff were friendly, warm, and welcoming. When asked reason for our visit, (anniversary trip) we were sent complimentary chocolate cake and a bottle of wine! Our requests were fulfilled promptly. Overall, very clean and comfortable facility. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Look forward to staying at this Marriott again!

I saw a spider in the room. Noticed the room number and the number on the phone were different. Had to pay for parking. Parking was around the corner and behind another hotel. Wasn't told what the parking rate was, just that it would be added to the bill.

Nice view of Niagara Falls from the room. Being able to see the fireworks from the comfort of the room was a nice surprise.

The hotel is in dire need of major renovations for a 4-star facility and charging 2x normal room rates! The carpets are dirty, there is an old smell about the corridors, and they are rather narrow. The expectation should be for a 3-star hotel to feel good about your stay, however, the price is much more than a 4-star!

I asked the valet parking guys to put my Tesla on charge, but for three days, they didn't care about this critical item. General parking does not have EV charger equipment.

The location is perfect. I got a fall-view room, which was a fantastic stay.
