Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaBreakfast was advertised, but not provided. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room nor did front desk have one when I asked. . The shower water came out orange and the bathtub didn’t drain. They were quick to move us to a room where the bathtub did drain and after running the water for several minutes, the water cleared up.
The room was renovated, clean and comfortable.

CanadaSome minor supplies and equipment were not part of the room furnishing such as tissue, hair drier, iron and ironing board (latter available upon asking).
Stayed first week of December, 2023. My room was recently renovated so all the furniture, equipment, was brand new and all in working order. Renovation workmanship was excellent. Having 4 USB and 3 - 110 volt outlets by the work station was thoughtful and very much appreciated as well as 5G wifi. Although location is near major intersection and highway, noise was not an issue. No thermostat but not needed - very comfortable room temperature. Window AC/heater not needed. Memory foam mattress, bedding and pillow very comfortable. Booking through Booking.com was easy. Check-in only required vehicle info and signature; all other info were already completed. Checkout only required return of key. Fast, easy and convenient. Needed to leave facility sooner due to pending terrible weather and road conditions; easy refund for unused portion very much appreciated.

Canadamouse in the room third day, ignorant/rude front desk staff, no housekeeping some days depending on whether or not they had 'enough' need, despite us needing, double charged us because of incorrect information given by the front desk staff, then issues with booking.com refund, essentially were double charged and still don't have the refund.... they didn't even care at all about the inconvenience. 1/2 way through week we were downsized to smaller room due to a MOUSE in the room we were in, went to just a bare room with a double bed. no housekeeping sometimes so i saw a room open and i took some extra towels and pillows to use then got called a day later and admonished for doing so, treated like a thief. all was there when we left, only did so as the front desk would not have been able to give us extra anything, only ever one person there during evenings and overnights. big disorganization.
there was zero breakfast. didn't 'like' much.
