Our room did smell like smoke but it may have been from previous tenants as anyone staying there had to smoke in a designated area away from rooms. We did not ask to switch rooms as it was not that bad.

The room was simple but clean and perfect for a couple nights. The manager there was very kind and accommodating.

There was one setback. The airconditioning unit was only a portable one and I didn't expect it. I turned on the portable unit before we left for dinner to make sure that the room will cool down when we come back. Unfortunately, it was so warm and we didn't know what was wrong. We figured it was because the tube for the portable unit was facing inside which should be facing outside so we had to open the window a little bit to make sure that the hot air coming from the back of the portable airconditioning unit will be out and after that, the room cooled down but not the way we expected it to be.

The simplicity of the Inn is okay for me and the staff was amazing and he was very friendly and accommodating.

Nothing except I'm a house painter - that could be improved upon which means nothing in the grand scheme of things. Old furniture which means nothing also. Don't expect fancy...

This property is a bit out of central town but we needed a room/bed for the night while visiting relatives, so a car is required. It's an old property with good maintenance - everything worked well - air conditioner, stove, etc. If you don't need a pool/ fancy amenities but a good night's sleep and a clean bathroom, this is a great place. Price was good too. Parking on the property too, which I liked.

Not necessarily the hotels fault but the location is in somewhat of a sketchy location, and it's a bit dated.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, they knew who I was when I checked in and seemed to be on top of everything.

The hotel looks a bit shabby and could use renovations. There are also some rough people hanging around the parking lot. But ultimately we were comfortable and felt safe!

My friend and I were travelling by bicycle, and the office manager cheerfully gave us a large room with space to securely park the bikes in the room.

My daughter has sensitive skin and her core temperature runs high. As we went to bed, she turned off the A/C because of the noise. She woke in the middle of the night quite warm with several bed bug bites and turned the A/C back on. I noted the mattress and box springs covers that you have in place to battle the bugs, but I think her warmth was too enticing for them. I slept on stop of the covers and had no problem. The second night, she opted to sleep in the tub - there were plenty of pillows to make her comfortable.

Location and friendliness of the staff were great. The room was as clean as could be expected given the age of the facilities. The Air Conditioning worked well.

our room was guite large with a kitchen fold down hid a bed we only used it as a couch the bed was very comfortable and the linens were above average. This is a well run clean quite budget hotel all we needed but if you want upscale then this is not it.

I would like an air-conditioner to be a bit quieter. Everything else was as expected.

The Inn was very simple, but it had everything we needed. It was hot and humid on the night that we stayed there, and I found the air-conditioner a bit too noisy to my liking. The location was good and the private parking was a benefit. Inn keeper was good at keeping the noisy guests quiet at night. Very reasonably priced.

I wish there was a chair for the desk. The AC was limited in its adjustability, requiring the window to be open, drawing in cigarette smoke. No laundry facilities on site, despite being implied on listing.

Good location--close enough to downtown for a short bus ride, far enough that I was able to enjoy quiet evenings and nights. The bed was firmer than most hotels--not too soft. The kitchenette was well-equipped. The manager was very friendly.
