I was told there was street parking available, but could not find any overnight parking. Once I called the office I was given an underground parking passcode, so I'd advise travellers to just call and ask for that code!

There was breakfast 🥞🍳 ?? :) Location was excellent for our needs. Comfy bed, very quiet overnight. Very clean suite. Great access to the trail behind the building. Will hook a sea view for next time perhaps.

Health and mobility issues due to not having an elevator. Very uncomfortable couch to sit and lay on to watch tv. While we had a beautiful view from the outside deck during the day, it would have been nice to have a small table to set drinks on as well as an outside light for the evening. There were also nails on the patio floor that need to be driven in, it was dangerous and more so at night with no light.

Liked the central location of the property. Excellent views. Very clean property. Appreciate that you can use codes instead of keys or fobs. Nice to have underground parking. Being able to walk to restaurants and shopping was nice.

We had a couple of flights of stairs to get up to our room, which wasn't a big problem for us, but it wouldn't be great if you have mobility issues.

Whilst clearly stated there was no lift, who builds three levels of accommodation with no lift! So as they state, let them know if you can’t take the stairs. We were on the top floor so four flights of stairs if coming in from the underground parking. There was supposed to be a washing machine/ dryer in our unit and there wasn’t. Not a drama but I would have used it if it was available.

Good location, short, easy walk to shops, restaurants and visitor centre where you can pick up tours. Also short distance to several wineries and attractions. Underground parking available. Overall, clean and comfortable.

The only small issue I had was that the bed was just a bit too soft for my liking. Everything else was great, close to everything we wanted to see and go and the boardwalk just behind the building was a bonus.

The location was perfect for our plans for the stay. The view from our room was good, part water view and part street with a view of the buildings next door. I am 6 ft 2 in and 250 lbs and 60+ years old and was a bit concerned when I read some of the reviews but I had no problems with the size of the room and the bed was just a bit too soft for my liking but I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The kitchen could be a little bit better stocked pots, pans, and utensils.

The apartment is in an excellent location in town, with lots of free parking nearby. It is a short walking distance from anywhere you might want to go in town. It looked exactly as shown on the website, but it is a bit smaller than we expected. For the price it’s a pretty good deal.

Underground parking was $20 a day extra and the free parking was actually the local municipal parking along the street. However that met our needs.

Can't say there was anything we didn't like - except the parking situation. We used the municipal lot within a block away and it was fine - but kept wondering if we were going to get a ticket. Fortunately no tickets - but if that lot goes away it could be a big negative for your property.

The room was super cute and well equipped. The bed was comfortable but not a king size. We asked for a water view and they made it happen. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch at different times of the day and evening.

Bedroom was tiny, one person has to climb over the other to get into bed. Cooking facilities were very limited, no kettle to boil water. No elevator, had to carry bags up 2 flights of stairs.

Location! Downtown, within walking distance of everything. Bus stop for Winery Bus Tour and Tourist Information just around the corner, Church Brewing Co. directly across the street. It was nice sitting on the little balcony overlooking Main Street. Easy access via door code

Because we had a ground floor room the view wasn't that good but as it was for just one night it really didn't matter.

We were met at the door by a member of staff that was able to change our room to the ground floor, this was a great help as the luggage could be brought up a ramp and through the sliding doors.

No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Very difficult carrying all our stuff up 3 flights. Also, no close parking. The underground parking was $20 per night, but it was full. Had to walk 2 blocks and park in a public lot. Although they did mention this online, we didn't expect it to be this difficult.
