Some of the linens and towels need upgrading.

The staff was attentive. We reported a problem in the room and it was repaired quite promptly. The room had exceptional lighting, over and beyond what is found in most hotels. The room was quite soundproof. Cleanliness was noted throughout the building.

A bit disappointed the day before we had to part, I had to transfer room coz the light bulb near my doorway was the suddenly dripping & also flowing occasionally with water which they found out came from shower room upstairs. I hope the management would further investigate & solve about this matter not in a way just trying to solve it in a short run but in a long run to avoid any accidents in the future. Thanks.

I like it coz of the area its located is breathable, meaning it's mostly around open area and also near the Mall & Walmart. Aside from that, the amenities were great & also the employees are very approachable & helpful.

All hotels need to respect people who don’t eat pork. There are millions of us and all they ever have for breakfast is sausage and bacon. Adding other meat options for the non pork eaters will be a welcomed experience. 2 of the three major faiths in the world abstain from pork. You would think this is considered in the hotel industry but it’s too often overlooked.

The breakfast was disappointing. The coffee was very weak. The English muffin was hard, not fresh.

The bed was very comfortable and the room had all that we needed. The heating system was quiet and efficient.

Noisey neighbors, climate control sucked, aweful stench in the steam room, no fresh fruit at breakfast and rooms seemed smaller in person than in pictures

A little bit noisy at night. Other than that, the stay was good. Very good location and friendly staff. Clean and well provided for.

Breakfast was OK. On thing that can be improved is adding different presentations of eggs. For instance, hard-boiled eggs or freshly cracked eggs, etc.

The regular rooms are very small. Booked 2 rooms several months prior to arriving and were not together. Apparently must request when booking. Bottom level by gym & indoor pool is very noisy.

The pool and hot tub area needed to be cleaned. Some grim floating in hot tub. Parking lot needed to be sanded or salted. My daughter fell getting out of truck and hurt herself. When we told the staff about it, they said they don’t do that. I was not understanding even if subcontracted. Call them and get them to sand it. I also found that 1 elevator wasn’t enough. Waiting often on it.

Lobby and rooms were clean and in great condition. Breakfast was great. Beds were very comfy.

the smallest room I have ever been in , the sink was cracked and the heater / AC was noisy. Cold Draft through it after I shut it off. The bed is like 3 feet from the noisemaker. Hard to sleep. To turn the shower on you have to go right under the shower head, which sucks until you get the temp right.
