The only filtered water availability was from a single water dispenser on the fourth floor. Made it a bit more challenging to trek to get water and stay hydrated while on the property. Mattresses were ok but, could be upgraded to at least Marriott level for comfort.

Great location. Newer and more modern than we thought it might be. Short walk to main shops and restaurant area.

Good location, fantastic aroma when you walk into reception. Suite very nice, tad warm but soon sorted that. Love the quiet time notification on the room card holder. Staff polite and very helpful. The restaurant for breakfast was great too.

The location is excellent and walkable to many restaurants and bars as it is on Banff Ave and on the Roam route. The staff was top notch - received complimentary Roam bus tickets (for town routes) and bear deterrent (loaned and not charged unless you engage with a bear and have to use it!). There were 2 hot tubs roof top outside that were spacious with beautiful vistas of the mountains. One pool was inside that we did not use. Towels were plentiful and there was complementary cold water available. Sauna was relaxing. The hotel is connected to a fabulous restaurant/bar with outdoor seating - try the fried olives!. The staff just was excellent plus +++ - any questions and any needs (we asked for blankets one night) right on top of it and always with very pleasant interactions. We had a wonderful room first floor that was quiet and with a private small outdoor patio. Lobby fireplace was nice to sit next to in the evening after a day of long hikes - staff loaded logs on a regular schedule so it was always toasty and warm. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Banff!!!

We wouldn't change a thing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was perfectly located (walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery store, and surrounded by mountains), the staff was friendly and accommodating, our suite was clean and comfortable, and we felt totally at home. The free indoor parking was a bonus. We highly recommend the Moose Hotel and Suites.

Moose Hotel is a must-stay in Banff. Location and parking were conveniently situated. The hotel lobby and rooms were designed for an elevated log cabin. We enjoyed the spacious layout of the rooms. All the bathroom amenities were fantastic, especially the Rocky Mountain soaps. We ended up taking advantage of the spa facilities for massages and hot tubs. Definitely recommended for hiking and a relaxing stay.

To get to the rooms you have to walk outside through the courtyard. Not a big deal. Just cold in the morning.

Rooms were very clean, beautiful views of the mountains. Nice patio. Friendly and accommodating staff. We enjoyed the hot tubs with a beautiful downtown Banff mountain view. Loved the moose theme that they really leaned into throughout the hotel. Lobby was nice and it was a good atmosphere everywhere you went. Ate breakfast at their Italian restaurant, Pacini. It was delicious! (Not included in hotel) but plates were reasonably priced.

Quiet, nice atmosphere, wood burning fireplace in the lobby and included underground PARKING. There was a spa, pool and hot tub but I didn't get the chance to use. Restaurant onsite.

The layout of the room and the facilities in the room were very satisfactory. The location of the hotel and the environment of the hotel are more satisfactory. It is convenient to wander around Banff Town at any time. Especially the Italian restaurant downstairs is great!
