I'm not a fan of only having housekeeping by request when staying more than one night. Fresh linens would be nice at least.

the pictures were not reflective of the actually room. there were scuffs all over the wall and it seemed to look like a hair cell. it was fairly clean.

The value for the accommodation was excellent. Hotel rates in Kingston are always so high. Nice clean room and easy access from the 401.

This was a nice place to stay, convenient to everything in Kingston. There was no charge for our dogs to stay and we were on the ground floor, handy to take the dogs out. Also the room was not carpeted which was great for the dogs also. And there was grass and walkways/sidewalks suitable for a short dog walk early morning. Although there was no onsite restaurant, there were free muffins every morning (3 kinds) and free coffee and a variety of teas at all times. ( also close to a Tim Hortens and a convenience store). Our room was clean, a nice size - 2 Queen beds -and a good sized bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Everything was clean, hotel itself was decent and being close to the highway had it's plus. My friend and I only stayed for a night, but the experience was good overall.

We had a noisy family next to us (not the hotel's fault) but the walls were very soundproof. Some noise came through the doors from the hallway.

Excellent location; easy to reach and convenient for getting downtown. Comfortable beds. Nice building in good repair. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

So long as you go in expecting a budget hotel, you won’t be disappointed. The hotel has limited amenities. The elevator is old and slow, which isn’t a problem but doesn’t leave a great first impression. The only two issues with the rooms are that the shower water pressure is middling, though serviceable, and the rooms don’t have a lot of storage for clothes (inconvenient for long stays). Again, for the price, these are minor issues!

This is an excellent place to stay on a budget. I have stayed here many times, for stays between one night and three weeks, and will always come back. Highlights: - clean rooms, and spacious rooms for price - well appointed rooms with microwave, mini fridge - firm but comfortable beds with comfy pillows - complimentary tea/coffee and pastries in AM - friendly and accommodating staff - free parking on hotel lot - convenient location for travellers stopping for the night, close to gas stations and the highway - despite location, has always been a quiet stay for me with minimal road or guest noise at night I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a no-frills safe place to stay, and for the price it absolutely cannot be beat. As a solo female traveller, I have always felt safe here. Staff are very accommodating of late check-in and are friendly and informative.

The beds were not very comfortable. At every entrance there was someone smoking pot.

Our air unit was VERY noisy when it ran, we actually turned it off for the duration of our stay but even with -16 temperatures, we were comfy!! And .... For a newer hotel, in an electronic age, I expected electrical outlets on both sides of the bed. The one that was there wasn't really accessible without crawling on the floor.

I love that there is no carpet in the rooms!! Feels cleaner
