It could get noisy as the room was located on ground floor facing the street. However, with windows closed it was not an issue.

The bathrooms are interesting with one toilet being very high off the ground and one very low and next too the sink in a way that its hard to sit on for an adult. That may just be an Iceland thing but just be aware. Other than that it was a great nights stay.

Easy to access and ample parking. Restaurants within walking distance and nice location in downtown. Our apartment had 2 bathrooms and plenty of beds as expected. Small kitchen but you could cook there.

Great apartment with good facility. Enough parking space both in front and back of the property. The rooms are good size and very secured. The kitchenet is enough to cook breakfast. Dishwasher is helpful.

The room is a bit crowded with two luggage. And the shower is in a low flow, I feel like I need to take a longer time to clean myself.

The location is excellent, and the room is nice and clean. It is also convenient for travelers with a car, parking right in front of the hotel.

One of the rooms did not have proper windows but got light through “windows” through another room. Also it was very hot and only very few windows was optional to open for fresh air. Otherwise great!

There is nothing in the kitchen, like oil, peper, washing soap. You need to buy/bring everything. No sharp knif.

There was a guy @ the front desk who doesn't seem to be very friendly (didn't carry much smiles & was pretty "cold"). Apparently for 1 of the rooms, the beds weren't very comfortable.

Though we found parking whenever we needed at the back, it could be tight during peak tourist season. Would have preferred to have a freezer as well.

Nice apartment with all the amenities. Well stocked kitchen, all the appliances were in good condition. Nice big TV. Good WiFi. Could see the church from the living room window. We stayed in a superior apartment, which has two full bathrooms which we appreciated. It is very difficult to find an apartment with more than one bathroom. So I was quite happy to have stumbled upon these apartments. Everything was clean.

The wifi was very weak and could only be accessed in the dining room. The front bedrooms were quite warm but the back bedrooms were comfortable and we could not adjust the temperature. There was nobody at the lobby so communication was via email. Outside of the property could use some updating and fixing. Back balconies had broken glass and some exterior paint peeling.

I liked the location of the property. Very close to shops so we can walk from the hotel. The check in process was seamless and the instructions were clear in the email that was sent. Got our keys from a lockbox. Place was clean and comfortable. for our group of 8. We were able to keep our luggage in a locked room before check in as we arrived very early. Parking was free and we never had an issue with the 2 vehicles we had.

Check-in online and easy to pick up the keys in the box Location : close to the main street of Reykjavik (Laugavegur). Bus stop close to pick-up and drop-off places for airport shuttle and day/night tour bus. Close to Art museum Flat was clean. Bathroom was ok too Room : spacious, kitchen furnished (micro-wave/oven, ...) Good internet connection
