Tge room we stayed in had blood droplets on the wall which we had to use lysol wipes to clean and tgere were curly hairs all over the bathroom floor

The gentleman who greeted us was absolutely wonderful and so helpful after a long day of traveling it was so nice to be greeted with such kindness

Room was small. It was tight fit for a big and tall person such as myself. They need to move the cable box to above the flat screen. Current location of box requires person to get up to change the channel.

Good location near the main highway. Modern walk-in shower. Shopping areas nearby, Short driving distance from Levis-Quebec City ferry.

I didn't see any staff at all. My keys were in an envelope with my name on it when I got there, and left early so I didn't see anyone the whole time I as there. No wifi either. Its been a long time since I stayed in a room that didnt have wifi.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Levis is a very nice city with great walking trails.

There was a dirty towel and dirty used mask on the floor under the bed along with the dirt that didn't get swept up. The wifi password did not work and because no one was working at the time of my check in, which was 6:15pm, I had no one I could speak to. I sent a message to the property and 2 days later, have still not heard anything back from them.

The room was clearly newly renovated which was nice, because the outside paints a different picture.

The rooms were updated and renovated very nicely. Check in and out was easy. We stayed for one night and it was a comfortable sleep.

The bedding had a lot of cat hair on, because the property has 2 cats. It did not bother us as we used to have cats, but some people might find it a turn off. It would have been nice to have the breakfast room open.

The motel room had a wonderful shower, which was nice to have after a long, hot ride. Bathroom was tight but everything worked well and was clean. Lots of cupboards and shelves for luggage. Very friendly staff.

Housekeeping Failed dirty under bed and hair in the bathroom. Duvet on bed was turned upside down and soiled with Urine stain. Bathroom need to paint heating unit in bathroom dirty and rusty. Large factory next door. Pollution during the day at times large white smoke that smells like french fries. If your sitting outside on their picnic table you could really smell it. It's Quaker Oats , Pepsi company. Arrived on our scheduled time had to wait 20 mintues for staff to show up. She did say sorry she was Voting. Get to room and TV didn't work back to the Office. Young girl was great got it working something wrong with the connection on back of TV and box. No one in Office later at night or around in morning you have to call a # to get ahold of someone. Bathroom is really small especially the sink husband had hard time shaving .Need extra higher shelf in bathroom. Need Recyle Bins instead of throwing everything in the garbage.

Comfortable bed and size,quiet, Larger flat screen TV and English Channels.Small fridge that has a great size freezer. Microwave. Modern bathroom and room. Wall lights on each side of the bed which you have the option to turn both on or single. Room #6.Great value for the money. Self serve coffee in Office was great. Wine glasses and small glasses and Ice Bucket available. Towels were soft and a good size.Loved the Maxx shower great pressure and temperature.

I had to get dressed to go to the lobby for my morning coffee.

The location is perfect. Price is right. Room is clean and comfortable. Have stayed many trips at Motel Levis.
