I loved everything!

This BnB was an absolute dream. The best part is the host - the sweetest lady we have ever met. She would share the best traveling tips and also some cute and fun stories. The location is perfect. It's calm and quiet at night, but at the same time it's a pleasant walk to the falls. The parking was very convenient. The room was comfy and cosy.

Nothing, Absolutely nothing.... no regrets, no wishing for anything different except maybe getting to stay a lot longer!

The room was so charming as was the whole house. We had our own private bath and balcony. Free off street parking. Her gardens were astoundingly beautiful! But the best part was the charm and energy of our Hostess, Li. We had so much fun with her, the cleanliness of her home was refreshing and she is so polite and peaceful. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. Will absolutely stay there again!!!!

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, coffee and tea available 24 hours, free off street parking. The hostess was very informative regarding the attractions available in the area, she provided cookies in the morning.

Very calm, quiet and cozy but still close enough to the waterfalls to walk. Very welcoming and dear host who takes extra care to make everything perfect. Wonderful garden, plants and decoration. Would definitely stay here again.

Just a touch distant from the main part of town not conveniently walkable. That's not all bad, though charming neighborhood and the place exceeded our expectations! I would definitely recommend this place it's lovely! Just be prepared to walk about 30- 40 minutes to the main drag or 5 minute drive to find a parking spot.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Li was very accommodating and gracious. The patio on our room, the Rose, was a fantastic place to have coffee or an evening cocktail.

I was disappointed that there was no breakfast, I obviously didn’t read the write up clearly. While the bed was reasonably comfortable, I prefer one with a soft top. The tv was not well situated for watching from the bed. It would be better on a swivel mount. Finally, it would have been nice to have fresh milk or cream for the hot drinks rather than the powdered whitener.

Lovely period home with all the expected feel of an old home. The owner has many plants growing making it feel like home. The instructions for the door and amenities were clear and the owner made sure I knew how to operate them. Coffee, tea and water are readily available all day. Parking at the rear was great. The owner was friendly and helpful. The tv in the room had satellite channels and Netflix. The Wi-Fi was great! The property offered easy access to all the tourist attractions via the Wego bus, just steps away.

Nothing! Everything was up to and exceeded our expectations

Niagara Inn B&B is a gem, and its manager, Li, is out of this world. We stayed there in early July. Immediately upon our arrival, she made my son and me feel like valued guests; she even gave my son a lovely key chain and went off her way to help us with unloading our luggage. Seriously, who does this? We lucked out big time. She was quite welcoming while still displaying a professional appearance. She made sure my little boy and I knew what to expect and strived to make us feel comfortable. She truly had our best interest in mind, providing us a with a list of places for dining and sight-seeing. Her level of courtesy is exceptional and quite honestly non-existent in this world anymore. Unlike a hotel stay, we felt like we were treated as humans, not as a number. My son and I were extremely satisfied and I would highly recommend a stay at this place… The rooms are lovely and have this sensational Victorian feel to them. I travel this path every few weeks, and it will be my halfway stay from now on.

This little inn overlooks an impressive garden full of beautiful flowers. the hostess is super friendly and willing to accommodate your needs. The rooms and common areas are very clean. Although breakfast is not included, there are plenty of bottled water and coffee provided in the kitchen; and if you are lucky, the hostess may pick some fresh cucumbers or tomatoes from her garden for you on your way out.

The room was clean and nice looking. Me and my wife loved the experience (it was her first time in bnb.) Next time I will still use them instead of a 4 star hotel. I got more than my moneys worth if I include the service I got from them.
