Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThey accept pets, and the rooms with Pets have wood flooring, easy to clean if an accident happens, hotel is a bit outdated, but room was clean, bed comfy and i could watch netflix on the TV. all facilities are close by walk, the centennial park is right in front was nice to go for a walk with dogs.

CanadaThe wifi is very spotty. I only have my cellphone and I’m having to use my cellular data instead.
For the price I paid this is a great place to stay for the night! The shower is nice and hot with good pressure, the mirror in the bathroom is quite big. I got a room with two Queens and the room is very spacious with a mini fridge, dresser with a mirror, a table with two chairs, a microwave and some cups with a coffee maker.

CanadaSound proofing wasn’t very good. Whomever was upstairs woke up at 5:30 every morning and stomped around getting dressed. He also excercised at 9 every night for 45 minutes. Next time we will ask for the top floor

CanadaCaptain Sub was something I was looking forward to. It was good but didn't meet my expectations. Also, there was someone arrested right outside the hotel in the morning, and the cops placed all the criminal's belongs on the hood of my truck while they were searching him. Not to discredit my experience. Would highly recommend this place
