Lovely lodge by Pyramid Lake. Our room was very comfortable and had a partial view of the lake through the trees. Ample free parking by the rooms. There is a lot of construction work going on at present but this did not distract from our enjoyment of our visit. There is an hour free boating included with the room.

The Initial room allocated ( 63/65) was the higher room category but when arriving the room was very poorly designed with bedroom facing the back of the resort, and fire place blocking the view, bathroom in the middle of room overlooking car park with shared balcony , The design was very dysfunctional, and surprised how owners could accept such a bizarre room design from an architect. Completely unacceptable We insisted on a down grade, which in fact was better. ( room 28 i think) lower level with nice flow ( normal hotel style room) with balcony. Lastly Housekeeping staff honestly did a sloppy job of making up the room. Bed not made properly, pillows all hap hazard, in fact it felt a little intimidating like we put out the staff. A real shame .

Great hotel, although not in Jasper it is very near (around 6km). Room was a small apartment, including a small kitchen and also a fireplace. Place was clean and comfy. Parking available inside the property. View were also great

Some of the lodge rooms look out towards the lake, however have trees right in front of them so don't have a lake view. Also, there was a function going on the night we were in (and we didn't have a car yet) so had to order take-out as the kitchen was busy doing other stuff.

The location of the lodge is beautiful being by Pyramid Lake. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice having the deer romaimg around the place and good to get out of the town.

No breakfast option (except at the restraunt which was very pricey), but town is only a 10 minute drive away so not too bad.

Sad I was only there for 1 day. Beautiful location, room itself was stunning. Laundry self service was great ($3 per load). Matress was the best I've ever slept on!

There was building work and maintenance going on, but this is unavoidable to maintain high standards and we were staying in low season.

Beautiful and quiet setting on Pyramid Lake with huge, comfy bed. We made good use of the complimentary tea and hot chocolate at reception and we’re grateful for the loan of bear spray. Glad we didn’t stay in the heart of Jasper which rumbled all day and night with the sound and vibrations of freight trains. The restaurant was absolutely delicious too and a must visit. Thank you!

We booked the in house restaurant for dinner but had a blanket email around 6pm saying it was cancelled with no explanation. I checked with reception who said they had decided around 4pm not to open. I then asked about breakfast service and was told, not sure yet, and they blamed some workers for cutting an electricity cable. We were up by 7am and no one had been anywhere near the site, yet they then said the electricity was fixed. I do believe they just decided not to open for dinner and the electricity was a rouse. We had to get back in the car to drive into town, after driving for hours to get dinner which was not ideal.

The location on pyramid lake was lovely You can't walk to Jasper, though, so be sure to have a car. Room was a good size. I would stay again.

Lack of a full pool. The advertising through Booking.com is very misleading. We were travelling with kids who were very excited about the beautiful pool that was not there, very disappointing.

The restaurant menu was small but it’s out of season so easy enough to eat out.

Amazing location. Staff very friendly. Complimentary hot drinks in reception and s’more kits on enquiry. Lovely clean spacious rooms. Use of the hot tub included was great and the opportunity to do fat tire biking.

The only thing that was a little disappointing is how small the regular rooms actually are for the price tag. For an extended stay, next time, and there will definitely be a next time, I'll spend the extra and book a suite.

It is a beautiful location, close enough to the town to take advantage of everything Jasper has to offer, but far enough away to feel private and secluded. It was a great place to be with dogs, lots of walking trails and room to roam.

The rooms are very dark, the lighting not really adequate. We have stayed in two different room types (older style at the rear of the property and the newer ones with private balconies) and each have their own flaws and good points. The heating controls didn’t work, the room thermostat didn’t seem to function and the gas fireplace was sporadic. However, the air conditioning worked very well.

Views from hotel are amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The paid for breakfast options are excellent, with lots of gluten free options available. The onsite restaurant is very good for evening meals.

Wifi is not that great but it’s not a huge deal, there are a lot of nice things to do around there!
