The gym is incredibly basic, and the main machine in it doesn't work well. The hair drier didn't work at all in my room because it was so old.

The rooms are spacious, and the cleaning staff is very friendly. The hotel is also very generous with the toiletries and water bottles. The internet is fast as well.

As it’s a 4star hotel we have expected little better facilities and food quality and variety..Only a few veg options in the menu..

We checked in with normal king room..But it was small and ventilation was not proper.all thanks to Mr. Abdulla who gave us an upgrade to premium suit room.He was very polite and customer friendly. Mr Gopal was another staff from BWP muscat hotel who was the house keeping manager helped us to change the room smoothly .he took very good care of us and advised personally the nearest places to visit. He made sure we won’t have any problem during our stay. Once again Thank you very much Mr Abdulla and Mr Gopal..

Car rental company at the hotel is not upto the service expectations.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful in their service. Any request is being attended immediately. Reception team and housekeeping manager are really good and very supportive. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Beds awful, pillows really terrible - I absolutely hate hotels who insist on placing a rubber mat over the mattress so you heat up overnight! I know they feel that they need to protect but it's at the cost of the client who sleeps awfully. And they have the worst pillows I have ever slept (or not slept) on. A great hotel spoiled by these problems.

The location is central but not much to be found (shops, restaurants, sights) in the immediate vicinity so the car is a must for any visit.

Internet connection was quite poor. Can be surely better, as we working people suffer to manage work after a long day of meetings. This has to be looked into in a serious way.

Everything was fantastic. Staff was the best that I have experienced till date, of my regular travel experience. Special mentioning to Mr. Bassil, Mr. Wael and also the day Duty Manager, who were kind and made sure that my stay was the best till date. Thanks guys! keep up the good work

Not fault hotel but very difficult to access from confusing local roads. Even gps trip results will reflext significate zig zagging to get there.

The mattress was overused and therefore not really comfortable. Also, there was no way to switch all modes in the shower, but this is a minor nuisance. The location is also not ideal, one needs a car or taxi to get around. Walking did not work for me, because there are highways around with no way to cross as a pedestrian.

Room was big, clean, and most facilities were working, possibility to make coffee and tea in the room. The staff was friendly and there were plenty of parking space outside. I did not try breakfast so no opinion on that. There was no noise from outside entering the room, only the air condition noise which has acceptable level.

very small parking and so difficult to enter or exit . bad park facility unusual, this room 227 I believe smell cheap perfume on bed , not like previous rooms I used to stay in
