Thought it a bit overpriced

Having to go through a mall parking lot to get to the hotel was somewhat strange

The shower rectangular white base / pan was stained at all four corners. The bathroom was not clean. I have taken a video but unfortunately it is not uploading. If Booking.com will allow me in future I may send them this video for stains by compressing the video.

Location is walking distance from GO Centinneal Bus Station. Also walking distance from Walmart

Hard to find and a little scary are. Would be better if there was a direct road leading to it. Pool needs some work to make it more inviting. Too much dressing in the Caesar salad.

The water bottles are not complimentary. You can't put two water bottles on the table and say it is for Sheraton members only. This is not nice. Either remove them or give them to everybody.

the bathroom wallpaper was a little dirty/splattered with I think was red nailpolish or paint. the grout in the shower was also a bit worse for wear. Otherwise, the room was ok.

close to the highway, and to where I needed to work. staff was helpful when I needed a late check-out and were accommodating when I needed a room away from the elevator so I could sleep as I got back at weird times. bed was comfy, room was clean for the most part.

Bed was a bit hard for my liking, temperature control wasn't the greatest. It's not in the greatest area and was a bit hard to locate, GPS is wonderful.

The toilet seat appeared to be quite old, possibly around 30 years, characterized by numerous dark, engraved spots. For peace of mind, I cleaned the seat thoroughly to ensure these were just markings and not something unsanitary.

The rooms could have been a little bit bigger.

Clean rooms. Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly Staff. Close to shopping, family restaurants and public transit. Plenty of parking. Quiet rooms.

The room seemed completely spotless until I had my shower in the morning and found brownish red marks and hairs stuck to the tiles near the top of the shower wall close to the ceiling. We also found ourselves waking up in the middle of the night because we were cold and another blanket on the bed would have been nice.

We couldn't stay for breakfast as we had made other arrangements. The room was nice and well equipped with amenities.

The pool was not functional (mechanical problems). That's the only reason I chose the hotel. It should be noted on the website.

The only one problem we had our tv apps were not working and maintenance guy couldn’t solve the problem and he was very rude don’t know how to behave with customers this makes us very upset but the hotel management gave 20% discount on our stay for the apology of this incident

Breakfast was not included in my package but front office manager Neema Patel kindly offered us two days complimentary breakfast it was nice hotel staff was friendly it was comfortable stay

Seemed overpriced. Price was cheaper on 2nd party sites than offered in person. Pool temp was cool but we did use it and enjoy it. Towels very small.

Good location. Comfortable beds. Clean. Breakfast was not included but it was good. Indoor pool. Exercise room looked good but we did not have time to use it.

The guy at the reception on duty on July 16 at night needs to be trained. I was asking for a shower cap and he said he doesn’t know where they are and told me to just wait the following day.
