Self check-in and check-out smoothly with clear instructions by email in advance. We stay in Venice room. It’s spacious, clean and comfortable. Jin is a super host. We like to thank him for his hospitality!

The Keurig coffee maker was a little bit challenging to use - it took its time 'sucking the water in', and then it sort of 'spit out' all of the water at once - in my case, three glasses worth!.. ;) Some quick reflexes saved the situation, however, probably there might be better devices out there.

A fantastic place with an incredible ambiance - highly recommended!.. The hosts are gracious and kind, the space is well thought-out and peaceful, and our room ("Paris") was just fantastic.

The property was so convenient for Niagara Falls we could literally walk there - took about 15minutes. It’s in a great spot, beautiful property, spacious room and a very comfortable bed. Lin was very mindful that we are vegetarians and served us a delicious breakfast.

Externally , the property is close to reaching a point of being in need of some maintenance. Signage is absent from the roadside making it more difficult to find than necessary .

Exceptionally clean and very good facilities . Within walking distance within 10-25 mins of Niagara Falls . Adequate parking . Great hosts (Lin & Gin) who were very attentive and interested to help every guest. Breakfast was freshly cooked and served daily.

Honestly, nothing.

The location was perfect - close enough to walk to the main attractions and across the border to the state park, but far enough away you felt safe in a quiet, peaceful residential area. The breakfast was tasty fresh and filling! Such a nice treat being prepared fresh for you. The common area was comfortable and inviting, with lovely large windows. The room was spacious and clean! The deck was such a neat bonus, and the bed offered incredible sleeps. The bathtub was deep and relaxing. Had such a rejuvenating stay. The host was attentive, quick to respond, and helpful! Brought me a fan for the room, and allowed me to dry my soaked clothes in her dryer before having to pack them up.

Outside balcony furniture could probably do with upgrading. Seating cushions were wet, maybe a box outside to store these.

It was about a 10-15 min walk to the falls. House was very clean. The hospitality was excellent. Breakfast was served right on time and was very delicious. I would certainly recommend.

We didn't have any issues but you can hear the muffled conversations or TV in the next room so there isn't much soundproofing - guests are made aware of this so it was quiet in the dark hours.

Redwood B&B has a great location, only a 15-20 minute walk from Clifton Hills where you'll find most of the Niagara Falls attractions. Availability of free parking is also great. The room and premises were very clean, and the bed was comfortable for a good night sleep. And finally, there was a delicious homecooked breakfast waiting for us in the morning, accompanied by relaxing music from the record player :) Thanks one more time to our hosts!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming historical bed and breakfast with my family, and I can confidently say that our experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a rich sense of history that permeated every inch of the building. The hotel itself was beautifully preserved, with original architectural details that spoke to its storied past. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the small touches that added extra charm to our stay, such as the antique furnishings and the framed historical photographs that adorned the walls. It would be helpful to tell people that in order to park in the back of the B&B, you need to turn down River Lane, which runs behind the property, from either Otter St or Eastwood Crescent. We approached from River Road only to find there was no access to parking from the front of the property.

The breakfast was amazing. The owners were both super friendly and we had a nice time talking with them. The room (Paris room) was more than enough space for the two of us. We especially liked sitting on the balcony in the afternoon with a cup of tea. We have already recommended the Redwood to several friends.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Jin and Lin were fantastic hosts. They made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was homecooked, fresh, and tasty! We really enjoyed the bacon-wrapped asparagus. They also accommodated my boyfriend's tree nut allergy. We were here to celebrate our four-year anniversary. Jin and Lin surprised us with a bottle of wine and a delicious cheesecake dessert brought to our room! Have nothing but good things to say about this place. We will be back
