Room was large and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable! Pool a nice bonus- it was warm and hot tub was hot! Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had for free.

The manager was rude checking us in. Didn't trust us about our reservation with Booking.com The room wasn't vaccuum properly there was garbage & candy wrappers by the curtains & sofa.

When booked was not disclosed that they were under construction. Construction mess was understandable but parts of the room were not cleaned properly.

No service for luggage storage. No facilities as most areas are under renovations. 1st stay , the hall furniture very worn out. 2nd stay better furniture but toilet flush not working. Common area’s dirty due to renovations

breakfast option was not cleared mention so we did our own arrangement.. second, toilet shower is basic requirement for muslim guests, hopefully hotel will consider it.

property is centralized as very near to down town and little distance of noise. rooms are clean and extra bedding easily available on small cost. Parking availability is good option with little charged amount (paid basement parking is blessing here, many hotels offer distance paid parking that is a non comfortable option)

I had booked a family suite as there were 5 of us (three children 12 and under). Upon checking in the informed me that they did not have the family suite and we had to have two separate rooms beside each other. This was not ideal, and I was quite upset as I wanted us all to be in the same room. I wished that I had received a phone call before checking in, notifying me of this, as I would have likely went with another hotel that could accommodate. When I voiced that I was not pleased with this, I was given a $50 credit that was taken off of our cost. I am pleased that they at least did something for the inconvenience, but it would have been nice if we had been informed before hand.

The hotel was very nice and very clean. The rooms are very spacious and to be honest was one of the nicest hotel rooms that I have stayed in. I liked that the pool was open until 11pm. The continental breakfast was great with lots of variety.

The front staff, reception was rude and unhelpful. My family and I came to visit my grandfather who is suffering from cancer. We called and asked for extra pillows & blankets. We didn't get any till next day after we had to come down & talk personally. The hotel was clean and comfortable but the staff was rude.

The satellite/cable TV reception was mostly terrible for whatever reason, and the breakfast on weekdays and weekends ends much too early compared with other hotels of this type. The benefits of this hotel, though, far outweigh these minor negatives.

We select hotels like because they have rooms with CLOSING doors that separate them from the living area with a sofa bed, and full kitchens to boot. The pool was open until 11:00 PM, and they did not kick you out right at 11:00 PM, which I appreciated. They also have a hot tub -- a relative rarity in hotels nowadays.
