I found some areas of the Downtown area quite untidy and required sanitizing. Construction was in progress in front of the hotel but was not overly unbearable.

Centrally located in the Downtown area, with shops, food, convenient transportation and you can walk anywhere and everywhere by foot.

Breakfast might be better, no vegetables, porridge was not tasty, scrambled eggs so so. But in general ot was ok

Arrived at about 8am after an overnight international flight and asked if any rooms available before 4pm check in time and was told no and got put on a waiting list and told we would be notified when room was ready. Wandered around town for about 6 hours and heard nothing so returned anyway to hotel about 2pm and asked if a room was available and was told yes. Not sure why the callback process failed. Spaced out drug users within a block of hotel. (Not a hotel problem as such but more a comment on the location)

The room was spacious and comfortable. Having a kitchen was a bonus. The location proved to be very convenient for the places we wanted to go. Having garage parking right there was a plus. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. The staff was very helpful.

There is a new building being built across the road. No noise at night or weekends but weekdays are noisy. This is not their fault. They have parking around the side to jump in and check in, this could be better sign posted. I had a suite and was sorely disapointed there was no sofa. I would not go back to this hotel until they added sofa's into the rooms. Having to sit on the bed and watch a small TV way across the room was frustrating. They have the space at the end of the bed. No reason why it can't be there. Also had a suite with a balcony but it didn't get used as they have the poorest quality furniture out on the balcony. Needs an upgrage to this.

The hotel was very nice, car park was big enough for our car and the 3 elevetors meant no waiting for too long. Check in and out was quick and the location was perfect for us. Walking distance from what we needed.

No bar, no restaurant, mattress saggy on the side. Area rug under bed should be replaced.

Location and the ladies at the front desk! The shower was 10 stars for water pressure and ease of use.

The Manager was rude to us as his customers and his staff

A pleasant quite spacious room with a balcony and kitchen. The hotel was fairly close to the ferry to Granville Island. My grandson liked the swimming pool. Good breakfast.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic, insufficient tables and chairs for the number of guests . Tables not cleared after people left.

The breakfasts I felt although there was selection, each section was quite limited and the cooked food was pretty basic and unappetising for us. The staff within the restaurant area were not particularly friendly and although carried out their role well, a smile or a hello wouldn't hurt.

Room was a great size and comfortable with plenty of kitchen utensils. I would have liked some larger glasses for long drinks but that's the only thing which could've been improved upon. Great to have a good size fridge and even a small dishwasher. Great to have the laundry facilities and pool was a good size. A special call out to the lady who checked us in (sorry didn't get her name), very friendly, cheerful and helpful.

The Booking.com app showed that this facility had a shuttle from the airport, which turned out to be incorrect. A taxi cost me $48 and I asked at the hotel if they could reimburse me but was told they could not.

The location was great (we walked to our cruise ship). The facility was updated and very clean.

Cleaning rooms was only every two days. We were late getting out on one day of our four so room didn’t get cleaned that day which meant it wasn’t cleaned at all over the four days. Balcony could have been cleaned and maybe a plant or two (even plastic ) would have helped.

Fairly central to downtown and Stanley Park.

16th Floor, Backyard side, great view, nice balcony, quiet room. Very good breakfast buffet! Good location on foot and by bus. Laundry room perfect!

They were late in getting us checked in and didn't have rooms available by our check in time. The staff was nice about it but we ended up sitting in the lobby for a good bit.

Location was great! A close walk to the Yaletown neighborhood, which is packed with great restaurants and has access to the Canada line of Skytrain to get around town or to the waterfront area for cruises, which is why we were there. Bus stops were also nearby, making it very easy to get around this wonderful city. The breakfast was good with plenty of options and, while we didn't use it, I poked my head into the gym and it looked decent for a hotel gym.

When I received my email statement after checking out, I was billed a different price. An increase of approximately $21 for 2 nights.
