A few items are beginning to age. The balconies could use some paint and the bbqs (by the playground) need to be cleaned (nobody seems to know how to clean up after themselves, unfortunately). I hope this property never does a huge renovation then turn around and jack up the rates. It's perfect the way it is...just needs a bit of age appropriate touch-ups.

The location is spot on. This is one of my favorite places. The housekeeping staff are the most beautifully kind people, ever. The front desk staff are also very friendly. There is no other place in Canmore where you will get this kind of value for your money. Every other place in Canmore is exceedingly over priced to the point of gauging. Free parking, kitchen facilities, great location...it's definitely not hidden but it sure is a gem!

Hot tub is a bit weird - hidden away but with large window so people walking by can look in.

If I was being picky, having a microwave in your own room for convenience but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

The location is ideal, close to town and within walking distance of the main town. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was nice. The hotel staff were lovely, and really helpful. Lots of parking available, can park right outside your room. The view from the rooms is beautiful. Good laundry facilities too and shared microwave should you wish.

The view from our room was amazing. My biggest complaint was the neighbour letting their kids run completely wild until 11pm, but that was not the fault of the hotel.

Could hear the train loudly through the patio sliding door. The bathroom ceiling needs work. The caulking around the bathroom needs work. Shower needs upgrading. There needs to be a tv in the bedroom.

The staff were very pleasant. We upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite a git a very great deal. The bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi was good. It was a pleasant stay.

Our room has no direct parking space because of the playground area but it was not an issue as we can park anywhere so it was still great for us.

We love the location especially our room because it was facing the mountains which was our main purpose to see on our trip. We even saw friendly animals early the morning. It was just perfect!

Just one sink in the unit (in the bathroom) was a bit inconvenient as while one person was using the bathroom, there was no access to water for the other person.

Check-in was fast and easy, the room could be accessed right from the outside, which was convenient as we were travelling with a dog. The hotel staff kindly allowed us to leave our car in a vacant spot inside the court-yard for a few hours after our check-out while we spent some time exploring Canmore itself.

Outdated furniture. Functional furniture but looks so old. The door was hard to open from outside.
