You could hear the toilet and shower running from the above floor. Also, the toilet in our room was quite loud and ran for a long time.

Staff and room were amazing. The room is so spacious and have a great layout. Would 100% stay here again.

Breakfast was not as varied as I would have expected. The desk staff could be a little bit more informed about the means of transportation to get to the city center.

We had a fire alarm go off in the middle of the night so we got to see exactly who stays here... first it is booked by teens for parties. We saw like 20 teens roll out of one room. Good for short stay, in a business district so need car to get to food.

Very pleased to have received a complimentary upgrade to a 2BR suite; very well-appointed and comfortable. Had to leave just after 6:00 a.m. for the airport; although the complimentary breakfast was not ready until 6:30, we were given a very generously sized breakfast in a bag.

Very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast had a good variety and pleasant staff. The hotel is large but well-maintained. The nightly rate is higher than I like but everything in Toronto is expensive. All in all, good value. The free parking is a real bonus. Most hotels around the airport charge daily fees for parking.

The make your own waffles were great, however, a non pork option for meat would have been nice. Went down at 740 and food was almost gone, could have more stations. But over all was great.

Loved the 2 bedroom suit, great for families. Full kitchen was great as we saved money by cooking our own meals.

Though the hotel doesn't seem dated, there were some areas of the room(s) that could use some TLC and be addressed. Though we'd been accommodated during our stay to a new room, the bathroom, fridge, and kitchen items weren't clean. Which made being comfortable a bit difficult. However, we made it work.

The initial greeting from staff Maylene(sp?) was superb. First impressions are everything, especially when working in customer service. Great customer service says a lot about a person; and being greeted, feeling welcomed, having a swift check-in process, by Maylene, and (another young lady) as it was our first time visiting, indeed exceeded my/our expectations. Keep up the great work. From observation, from the initial greeting from staff at the time of arrival to the hardworking kitchen cook's/staff, even during or in a challenge, they continued to persevere with a smile and excellence. The company should be proud. The room setup was great. There was just enough room for my family and I.

We were provided with only three sets of towels instead of four, but it was too late in the evening so we did not bother asking for more, small issue.

Super friendly staff, we checked in at 12AM and was met with a smile regardless. Very spacious suite and decent breakfast.

Our bedrooms heaters and AC units didn't work great and smelled damp/sour when we returned for our second night. The breakfast would be even better if they had included trays to go back to your room with food. We traveled with a young family and bringing up enough breakfast for everyone was very tricky.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, rooms were spacious and front desk staff really friendly. The coffee was also top notch, which is a huge plus for me.
