I was blown away that it was $200 for the night when I could have booked a room at chateau or future inn for the same price . I feel like pricing was too much for what it is ! No pool , gym and had to go to front desk and ask for wifi as it was not provided at check in

Breakfast was fair ( muffins, oatmeal, yougurt , bagels, toast) juice coffee water (no microwave ) bed was comfy but room’s definitely a bit dated .

The temperature regulator was broken and taped up. The exhaust in the bathroom was dirty and needed cleaning The lamp shade can also be cleaned from inside The bathroom smelled a little The fan in the elevator needs a thorough cleaning Internet had a problem and it took sometime for it to be rectified

No lock on the door as it automatically locks from the inside. Made us feel a bit unsafe with just a slide lock at the top of the door. Was constantly random men boxing in the parking lot and created a strange atmosphere.

Was close to amenities like restaurants and Shoppers. Beds and blankets were comfy and the room was clean.

The outside of the property was run down and was not reflective of the rooms inside.

It was comfortable inside the room, the the breakfast was certainly sufficient. The ladies in the office were lovely, and very helpful in providing local information. Easy walk to the shops.

No deadbolt nor latch lock...only doorknob lock. Lamp on nightstand was plugged into an outlet that had no power. Bugs in shower and a dark room. Very loud traffic and outside equipment was loud. Parking wasn't the best and is limited.

It was not what we expected. It’s more like an extended stay apartment than an hotel or motel. They provided breakfast. Personnel was excellent and eager to please.

The fact that someone could kick your door in at anytime. I didn’t feel safe. All kinds of men staying there for Work. Seemed a little sketchy to me. The guy who was working the front desk didn’t even know how to count Canadian money. I had to show him what each quarter and dime was. Also there was a room on the bottom with the mattress outside all day, I asked if there was a flood or something, they said no just doing renovations. They finally put it back in at 11:30 at night. People have to sleep on that mattress 🤢. that is disgusting.

The price was expensive and all other hotels gave a discount for people who were evacuated due to the Tantallon wild fires except this one. I felt no compassion because of this and that why I only stayed two days and went elsewhere.

No hot breakfast- you should specify that in the site as I assumed breakfast meant actual breakfast, not just bread or muffins. The chairs in the room appeared to be dirty as well. And I couldn’t turn the heat off so the room was really hot and had to open the window or turn on the AC. Very small tv as well.
