The hotel seems to lack a good management that would look on to the many annoying details - worn out furniture, bareness of the room with no climax. It lacks good organization in the restaurant and serves quite poor beer. The meals are prepared at a proper quality but with no final touch. Simply, one is a bit taken aback by this gloomy atmosphere of the rooms and the mess in the restaurant, which could have been and surely is at times a charming place. Maybe the management is a bit tired of its duties and so was the staff attending to some Christmas party.

I like the localization of the hotel, quite nice modern design, especially in the restaurant and very good breakfast choice. I appreciate water free of charge in the room and tea/coffee amenities. Also the slippers :) The room was very spacious, though somehow empty.The check in was prompt and the staff at the restaurant was pretty willing.

There were hardly any vegetarian options for breakfast. Our experience at the Focus hotel in Elblag was very different. One of the rooms was extremely tight and the Air conditioning unit didn’t work. There was a kettle missing in one room and not enough towels provided in another.

- The rooms are not soundproof and we could hear almost every word our neighbours behind the wall said. - The cleaning staff was very loud in the morning. I understand they were doing their jobs, but I really think all the yelling was unnecessary. - We didn't use it, but the parking on premises is quite expensive. There were a lot of free parking spots in front of the hotel, though.

I was shocked by the size of the room, but it was really designed to fit disabled person, so it could not be as cosy as I expected. I would suggest cleaning the sofa next to the elevator in the hall - it does not comply with the overall impression.

I know the hotel and I like it. It has a very nice restaurant and a very good cuisine. The staff is polite and nice. The room was meant for disabled and so it lacked the expected cosiness, but it did meet my expectation otherwise. I loved flower decorations on the terrace. Available parking place just next to the entrance adds to the comfort. We enjoyed our stay. As usual.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it as such. We found out the head chef changed. I don't think the quality of the food changed so much but we can tell the plating is not as advanced and dishes made simplier. Still good food but sadly not as amazing as it was before.

Everything was great as always. Staff friendly and welcoming. Nice to still see familiar faces from the first time we visited over 3 years ago. Sadly didn't get to see the owners this time.

Room was cold, setting the heater to max temp. didn't help much. The quilt was too thin. There was no hot water in the morning and I took a shower in a lukeworm water. It wasn't the first time form me to stay there but that one was terrible.

The bathroom did not feel clean on arrival and found stale water in the WC.the smell was not fresh. The taps had soapy marks and the shower seal was in need of repair. The room was noisy next to the stars and lift. I was informed that I have to pay special type of climate tax extra, even that not associated with any company.

Was cold, the whole room was cold. Outside was very cold that day and inside the room was cold, we try to make heater work better but he was to small to make whole room warm. I have problem to sleep because of that. Than the refrigerator was making loud noices, so i have to make turn off...was bad night.
