We liked the corner room. The room is clean and love the pillows and bedding. Locaction of the hotel is central to most places in the downtown core.

There were some heavily scented products used when cleaning the room and also smelled them in the lobby. They smelled nice but way too strong.

Comfortable beds and the club lounge was a nice place to hang out in the evenings after some busy days in Vancouver.

It would have been better to have proper coffee cups rather than paper cups.

The check in experience was awesome. The front desk staff went above and beyond in giving plushy souvenirs to my kids on check in. It was definitely an extra surprise for the kids. The location of the hotel is awesome to explore downtown Vancouver.

It would have been nice to have a microwave to heat up our food. That was the only thing that we would have liked to have in our room. Everything else was great.

Our beds were comfy, I accidently booked double beds instead of queens and we had 4 people share 2 beds which was tight but that was poor plan in on my part. We all slept great considering.

It was more of a walk from the train than expected - particularly in the rain. Room was not as quiet as we'd hoped due to a youth conference being held.

Check-in was easy and reception staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were as advertised. Close proximity to cafes and restaurants. Umbrellas available for inclement weather.

Breakfast information was poorly communicated when I was booking the hotel, because when I got to the hotel they said I could only order one meal per person, instead of the usual buffet. Plus when the order got to the room some of the food wasn't very good, the toasts weren't really toasted, except for an avocado toast that was kind of burnt. The sausage was horrible and tasted like it was raw, but the rest was pretty decent. The TV had no good options to watch and everything was really expensive on-demand. In my opinion at least, not having streaming services and/or screen mirroring as options on the TV in 2024 is pretty dated.

Very comfortable room and bed. The food we had in the restaurant for lunch was pretty good, and the servers were nice. The staff that we spoke to was helpful and kind, and the whole experience was very pleasurable and relaxing. The view was pretty and the hotel overall is charming. It's a very good hotel and I would recommend, just beware regarding the breakfast before you go.

There isn't enough elevators for this large hotel. The restraunt isn't great for the price. If I booked again I'd prefer not to be above the hospital.

We had specified 4 people in our room but towels were only provided for 3. The swimming pool was cold. The walls were pretty thin and we could hear people clearly in the neighbouring room. The area on the whole is fine but at night time you should use caution.

Breakfast buffet wasn’t open, not sure why. However the breakfast on offer was good and the waiting staff were very good too. Great view from higher floors. You can leave your luggage both before check in and after check out which is helpful.

For what I paid I got nothing for it, all I got was the room. Had to pay for parking, no complimentary breakfast or anything other than a bottle of water.

the second bedroom had a thin sliding door, minimal privacy we asked to have 2 singles rather than a king, even tho there were 2 single bed bases there was no flexibility need a kettle in room Paper cups not good for a top hotel, need proper crockery Decent coffee machine eg e nespresso would have been better
