Very good location as close to the CN Tower and other locations. Quick check in as our room was ready when we arrived. Comfortable beds with immaculate sheets. Beautiful bathroom with heated floor. Breakfast available at the coffee shop Morreti's located next to the hotel if you didn't want a la carte menu. Concierge knowledgeable about the local area.

There wasn’t much of a view. There was another building across the street, so we couldn’t have the curtains open. The internet was on the slow side.

We really liked how spacious the room was. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a tub and a shower. There was ample closet space. The location was convenient, pretty close to a couple of tram stops. We were happy with just about all aspects.

The breakfast cafe had virtually very little in food for vegetarians. Infact twice I asked and both times there were no vegetarian sandwiches. It would be nice if they could prepare FRESH sandwiches as staff were not busy at all. By the way their artificial plants needs dusting. It was my birthday and my partner asked them to get me a cake. Very nice of them to get from Walmart for about $6 and my partner was charged $30......... usually in all the other 5 star hotels it is on the house. We were there for 4 days.,

The hotel I liked and as it may have been off peak we were upgraded and really appreciated that. The room was clean and bed very comfy. Bathroom shower needed some attention as we only could get the handheld shower to work. But nothing upsetting and to be fair to them we did not mention it either as it was fine for us.

One wishes the outer design and lobby looked a little more modern and up to date; expensive parking with 45Cad + tax

The room was spacious and well designed. Amenities are 5*, includes Nespresso machines and M. Brown products- large screen tv . Coffee shop and Moretti Restaurant at the lobby level.

Nothing. The best hotel experience I ever experienced

The proximity to rogers and Scotia arena was awesome. The staff were extremely helpful from Eden on front desk and especially Xavierre the chief conconeirge. He took the time to review a downtown map re places to see and things to do. He recommended the Lawrence market and the arts. Excellent choice and made us feel right at home. We were in toronto to celebrate our wedding anniversary and attend a concert and the staff even acknowledged this with room decorations and treats. Definitely an added touch.

I liked everything. There wasn't anything that was unbearable. There were no pictures on the walls, but there was a mirror accessory that was really nice. Oh, there were homeless people camped in the park at the end of the block. It was sad to see, but unfortunately, that is reality.

The housekeeping staff were exceptional. They not only made the room look immaculate, but they did little things for us that made a difference on how we felt. They were not intrusive, but pleasant and friendly. These little things made the stay memorable.
