The room was really small At 1 pm somebody was bumping the walls of the next room.

The location of the hotel is great, only 10 min walking to the old town! The room and bathroom are spotless. AC in the room is very important to survive the heat of Italy!

The bathroom needs more attention from the point of view of cleanliness, as it was a bit moldy and we had a 5 cm long many legs visitor in the night. 🥲

Great location as it was 5 minutes walking distance away from Alghero old city center and Lido beach. Comfortable bed, free wi-fi, free air conditioning.

Bathroom was below par for a 4 star hotel, dated decor, a broken sink (the plug) and mouldy grouting around the shower. However, all other amenities were above and beyond expectations. During the evening/night hours, all keys were left on top of the reception counter, without staff supervising. Anyone could have entered and taken any key to enter any room. This did not seem secure in the slightest.

Great location, friendly staff that spoke English. Balcony in the room. 24 hour reception. Free wifi. Nice bright decor.

bathroom could use an update, a shelf to place any kind of toiletries in the shower would be definitely welcomed.

After confirming, by mistake, the reservation on the wrong date, I contacted the Structure, as it was impossible via booking, to modify or cancel it. I wasn't offered any help nor any solution.

The old paint or the material of the balconie's cieling fell during the night over my clothes. The neighbors hitting the wall because the A/C was noisy. Not my fault I was dying due to the heat and the A/C old.

hotel is under construction, from 2 am we havent water at all, no cold no hot. maybe its happening often , i dont know, but staff seemed that they dont care. just gave us promises that people are working on it and water should be back soon, in reality it came just 20 min before check out time. hotel staff didnt proposed to us stay a bit more for take shower , didnt give us any complementary. not professional at all.

Although there was someone at the front desk when we arrived, he didn't bother to greet us. In fact, I think the only words he spoke we're our room number - didn't tell us how's to get to the room or anything. The next day, after going for lunch in Alghero, we returned to find that our cases had been rifled through (though nothing appeared to have been taken as we kept valuables on us). The following day, we were informed that we should leave our room key with reception when we go out and collect it again when we come back - an unusual practice I've not heard of before. Reluctantly, we did so only to find on our return the desk unmanned and five or six room keys simply left on the counter for anyone to take. That was the last straw for us - we checked out the next morning and, whilst telling the person at the desk of our woes, found they were particularly disinterested and barely even looked at us.

quality price relationship is terrible. this is pure convenient hotel. I would not pay more than 90€. lights in the hotel where off most of the time, it looked pretty depressing.

Leaving the key at reception was just left at desk all day really anybody could have taken it. But there is cameras there too.

I had to cancel my booking because of a positive test to covid. The hotel applied strictly the cancellation policy and did not accept any reimbursement (even partial)... I can understand, but it did not had the honesty to tell me directly when I called. It send me back to booking since I had booked through booking. Then booking was not able to offer any commercial gesture and even asked me to modify my initial comment because it did not comply with "Review Guidelines"... Too bad ...

170 euro per night was a complete ripoff, the room is Hostel level, the bathroom is very bad, it stinks and is old. I have never seen an hotel shower like that even for one third of the price.
