The cleanliness and maintenance of the carpet, furniture and overall the hotel.

The room was quite large, with comfortable balcony and bathroom. Eggs and waffle were part of the continental breakfast served.

The door to the room doesn’t close smoothly. You’d have to slam the door shut. Cleaner went in, did their job, but came back to the room with the door open. Toilet handle was broken at check-in. I called management and they replaced the handle. However they didn’t install it properly. I ended up going back into the toilet myself and fixing the cord/string inside to fix the flushing mechanism.

Location was good. Fairly clean room but some parts of the hallway has an unpleasant smell.

The bath tub water seems to be clogged and water doesn't do down the drain quickly, it takes time to empty the bath tub. Probably it's old.

The receptioinist was very friendly and professional. Provided us information such as fireworks timing, provided maps and important visiting sites which was very helpful. This is the first time that a receptionist has provided information( I have been visiting niagara for several years). The location was very good near the falls and walkable distance. We enjoyed the swimming pool and relished the Breakfast.

Older building inside and out. Needs some paint, clean carpets, new furniture. Breakfast room is small hard to move and crowded. Breakfast was okay.

The room's a little bit smelly, I think it's coming from the AC. And the bathroom is smelly, too.

The manager is very kind, offering detailed info about the hotel. There is a microwave in the public area in the basement, the manager let use it after we had already checked out. The beds are comfy, queen size is good enough. The refrigerator works perfect. The location is perfect, 10 mins walk to the Falls.

Something is up with the carpets, I dont know if it was the humidity or what but there damp and therefore room had damp smell. Breakfast is not much - ok if you just want a croissant. The room was dirty (not the bed though) just the fridge and walls. Place has potential the rooms are so big, has everything you need just needs a deep clean and change out those carpets. Also - no TV service, you have to log in with your streaming device which is not to unusual in most hotels lately.

Same thing for breakfast everyday, always have to ask for towels(almost everyday)… the property looks nothing like the pictures online and the property and rooms have lots of flies.

We were given room 104, Room floor was damp/wet., room had musky smell for couple of hours till we kept the room door open for long for fresh air. Worst of all, we found few bud bugs.

The only downside to this property was the noise from other guests, which seems to be unavoidable. The rooms themselves are soundproofed, but that connecting hallway is very loud. I woke up multiple times from doors slamming and people talking. I wasn't expecting the connecting hallway considering this is a motel (part of the reason I chose the location). The water from the shower was spraying out of the tub faucet at the same time as the shower head so that was a little weird as well. The shower curtain wasnt properly hooked up when we arrived either. Overall it was a pretty nice room and I would have rated it a 10/10 if it wasn't for all the noise coming from the hallway both nights I stayed. That was my biggest issue with the room for sure.

The two best things about the property was the location and the king bed. The location was very close to Clifton Hill, but not close enough that the outside noises would bother you. Everything was in walking distance which was a bonus. And the king size bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Probably the best hotel bed I've ever slept in. The air conditioning unit was also quiet and kept us very cool the whole time. The complimentary breakfast was also very impressive compared to most other places I've stayed at.
