We only had notes and front counter wouldn‘t exchange for coins to enable us to use the laundry. There were no banks around or open for us together coins so we asked the pizza shop across the road to exchange a $5 note for some $1 coins and cleaned them outof their change. Fair enough the accommodation wasn’t a bank however could they have given us the $4 in coins and then added it to the bill? Perhaps they can get a change machine installed or convert the machines to tap & pay.

Breakfast was good although hot food was limited. Only offered sausages. Not sure if that’s the done thing though. Had a guest laundry to use.

The room we were booked into at first had not even been cleaned or made up, so we were moved. The second room was clean enough but discarded, used, protective cleaning gloves had been left on the chair in it. The mattresses were not particularly comfy and the pillows were lumpy. The complementary breakfast was nothing much to write home about, and the disposable plates, cutlery, cups and food packaging was definitely not great for our carbon footprint!

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel was easy to find and close to local services.The room was quiet.

Something for what the hotel is not to blame: You hear the trains at night and whistle very loud several times. While the train line is located not close to the hotel, it can be heard in the whole city all of the night. You can sleep with a closed window, but the aircon looks like it has not been cleaned a very long time. However, as it was not that warm we would sleep with a closed window. The breakfast room ist too small, with only 4 tables. If the owner moved the kicker to another room, there would be space for two more tables and the problem would be resolved. The ventilator in the bathroom is always running when someone switches the light on. You wake up everyone in the room when you use the toilet at night.

This is a simple but clean budget motel on the way to / from Mount Robson. A little bit dated but in general clean. The breakfast ist simple, but something that is to be expected from a complimentary breakfast in a motel (coffee, orange juice, cereals, yoghurt, instant pancakes, toast with butter / jam, instant omelet). If course, there are better breakfasts, but you have to keep in mind that this is a basic motel. You do not hear the highway. Gas station and charging stations are just across the street.

For the price everything was fine. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was basic. Very fee amenities. The building and rooms are dated and well loved.

The space, comfortable.beds. the staff or owners were nice. We never used the hot tub.

The room was modern, nicely decorated, and very clean. Great shower, Kurig coffee machine, and comfy bed. The free breakfast was awesome! The cheapest hotel on our trip, by far the nicest.

The facilities were not great ie. Shower in the first room we were in had no lip and the drain was too small for the water output…and water leaked everywhere all over the floor. Definitely a safety hazard at the very least. The first room was noisy and it kept us up all night long, however, the staff was very nice and promptly moved us upstairs to a better room where we were able to sleep comfortably. They are very kind and have been struggling with the pipeliners and lack of spotlight the town has in order to have the opportunity to improve. You feel for them-they’re good people and these big corporations need to step up and do the bare minimum and give back to the community directly in order to conduct business there-should be a prerequisite. They deserve at least that. They’re good people.

It’s in a great location, beautiful views no matter which way you look. It was definitely clean-the housekeeping staff does a fantastic job! Very kind and courteous!

Parking lot was very uneven and there was a lot of standing water puddles everywhere. It was hard to get out of my car without getting my feet wet. The bed in my room (108) had a vibration from something and I could feel it when I tried to sleep. Thankfully it stopped soon after. Also the refrigerator was quite noisy. I unplugged it and plugged it back in the next morning.

Room was nice, continental breakfast was nice and had lots of choices.
