Our socks got dirty easily so I'm guessing the floor was only vacuumed and not washed. It could use another chair or two in the open tv area.

We loved the overall size view and feel. It seemed quite sound proof as well even being close to the highway.

Parking is tight as this hotel is on a hillside. Some rooms might be difficult for people with mobility issues. Also it can be hard to reenter the highway so we took the Pleasant Valley rd back to town.

The suite was spacious and bright. It was like having your own apartment. The Kitchen had a stove, a good size refrigerator and a dishwasher. Although the location is just a bit our of Vernon it takes only 10 minutes to get to all you need.

Pool towels are too small. The hot tub is way too small. Cushions were missing from the patio furniture, so there was nowhere to sit by the pool. Beds are a noisy and move around a lot while you're sleeping. Pool toys are a bit run down.

The suite was a great size. The kitchen was fantastic in the suite, and we had everything we needed. The pool was great, nice and warm and a good size. Outdoor kitchen and BBQ are awesome. Nice to have pool toys provided.

Counter top basins are always a fail with a regular height counter.

Just a few minor things: - room door opens right into the bed - bathtub plug didn’t work (could not take a bath) - bathroom sink on top of the countertop is too high (for us horizontally challenged)

Many things to like: - they don’t call it a “castle” for nothing :-) - pool and hot tub available - lake view - kitchenette (stove, fridge, microwave, sink, dishes) - comfortable bed and great feel sheets - pleasant and helpful staff - the price is right

The absolute only negative is that you're right next to the highway. But unless you have a window or the patio door open, the noise is very minimal.

The suite was beautiful and the view was stunning. The staff are amazing, very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It's a short drive into Vernon and there are numerous things to see and do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

When I made the reservation, I was led to believe that I was reserving a room with a balcony and view of thevlake. When we got there, we were told we had to take a lower condo in the back with absolutely no view because we had a dog. Also, .they should disclose to you when you reserve how tall the bath tubs are and how difficult it is to get in and out of the shower safely.

Parking was not secure/underground and there were signs warning about car breakins so I would've felt more comfortable knowing my new vehicle was in a safe spot. Traffic was a little loud (could hear it in room) but overall was a great stay.

The room was super clean and overall very nice! Enjoyable. Hottub and pool nice as well.

We had to cut our stay short due to an evacuation order near our home in Chase. The staff were so kind and accommodating and offered us a credit for our next stay. We are so grateful for their support and look forward to returning for a relaxing visit when things are back to normal! Love this place and their staff!
