There was no cutlery or crockery available in the room for meal preparation although it is advertised as self catering.

I was a close commute to the town centre and to local shops and restaurants. Numerous beaches and public open spaces available just a short walk away. Laundry available on the property.

The television reception was bad We kept losing the connection.

I love this place. It's tasteful, very comfortable & feels luxurious. The fact that you can sit outside either in the back or front is wonderful! The staff were courteous & exceeded my expectations. It's well worth the trip to North Bay to stay at the Lincoln Inn!

The carpet has some stains that showcase that it is old and needs to be changed. The comforter has two large stains that are clearly visible. This needs to be changed. The two chairs outside should be better kept inside the room because of the weather that is affecting them. They look old and fade.

Breakfast? I am not aware of any breakfast inclusion. The location is good. The bathroom exceeded my expectations and the entire room is well-lighted.

Everything was fine except the fact that there were no lights on in the parking lot at night. It was pitch black. Couldn’t see a thing. A little scary.

Very dark at night on the property No outside lights on the night we stayed there. Found this is really a safety issue for guests and vehicles that may be a easy target . Plastic patio chairs at front of rooms are not in the best shape and not very many of them. One picnic table in middle of grass area in the middle of parking lot No umbrella for shade. Carpet in room covered up poor subfloor soft in spots.Gentlemen staff member on check in was not very friendly and did a poor job of welcoming me to the property . Went down to find out where the ice machine was you have to call a #. TV is way too small for the size of the room and how far the beds are from it. These aren't deal breakers to stay again just ways to improve the property.

Coffee maker in room. Larger Bar Fridge kept evrything cold. Large room with two arm chairs for seating. Good size bathroom nice tile very clean and inviting.Timer in bathroom for fan was great loved that it didn't run continually . Ice machine in separate room Self serve. Comfortable beds. Access to beach across road to the left of food truck and stores on vacant lot.Food truck (Field of Dreams)across the street had amazing service and pricing excellent fish and chips, poutine. Quiet .Motel was great Value and Clean met our expectations.

No lights outside after dark. Not even the Lincoln Inn sign. But I understand due to the Mayflys at this time of year. Was just a little hard to find in the dark.

Bathroom Very clean. Bed comfortable. Lots of pillows. Great breakfast place around the corner. Public beach minutes down the street. Reasonable rates.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and always woke up sore. Pillows were uncomfortable too although tried all but one. One was super lumpy where you had it plumped up comfortable then a minute later you sunk and some parts were hard it hurt, one was so hard it suctioned to my partners ear when he removed his head. The other one was crinkly like it had a plastic on the inside. The jacuzzi was a little small for two people but was still very comfortable regardless once situated in a comfy position.

Love the cleaning staff, the morning lady was absolutely wonderful and always made sure I had everything I needed! The jacuzzi was really clean, the removable head piece was a great add! Loved the jets!

They always answer immediately when I have an issue with the room ... let it be heat in the winter, or if I need something like tissues or toilet paper etc... or fixing the TV.

Only 1 baseboard heater out of 3 were working. Bathroom was very cold. Was overcharged for the room. Only had 2 people in the room and was charged $20 a day for the second person. It was a double room with 2 beds. Employee insisted the charge was right. If refund not provided at checkout, there will be a formal complaint.

Room was fairly spacious. Pretty clean and bed were comfy.

Quite place, enjoy the spa, in the pictures they have a tub and shower. Now you have a Spe tub, on the bathroom an awesome shower.

No hassle need to update pictures and since the breakfast is no longer. Dogs should be allowed since they have one.
