Refer above, I opened my curtains to what looked like low income housing? Dirty garbage , unkept residences . Not the fault of yours… but I kept my curtains closed.

Staff were great! Accommodations were very good , breakfast was bland/stale but maybe that was because we went at 9:30,( end of breakfast). The website stated “excellent “ breakfast so perhaps I had my hopes up lol

The hotel was pretty quiet, but could hear other people walking past and tvs in other rooms. The rooms on the second floor balcony area were more private, but if you need an elevator these are not the rooms for you.

Wow, I honestly loved this hotel. It's not the fanciest and doesn't have everything, but it makes up for that with modern touches and great service! Everyone we spoke with at reception was super friendly and helpful. The room included free parking and free breakfast (on a 12 day road trip and staying at 6 hotels, this is the only hotel that offered free breakfast) and the breakfast was good with a lot of choices. They host a welcome reception and offer each guest a free drink in the evening, and the selection is plentiful, plus it's a nice opportunity to meet other people. The room was spacious, modern and clean, with great air-conditioning, comfy beds & pillows, and soo many plugs! It's about a 10-15 minute to the main area of town, so far enough that the area was quiet. Oh and because we stayed a certain amount of nights, they also gave us a voucher to use at a local restaurant! Did I mention I loved this hotel?

Don't think there is much that can be done about putting an elevator, which was a bit difficult going up the stairs and adding an extra water closet for when one travels with family. Other than we really loved it.

While bathroom facilities were more than adequate the size of the bathroom was small, counter space limited and the toilet was low to the ground. No elevators or offers to help with luggage. The breakfast dining space was very small and crowded, we didn’t eat there for concerns about overcrowding and concerns about community acquired infections.

The location was perfect, hotel and room immaculate and well cared for. It was obvious that attention was paid to maintain the appearance and comfort of the suites.

Get a quieter AC unit.

I like the location and the comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful. The Free-standing AC unit was very noisy. I had to shut it off in order to sleep. Breakfast was adequate.

Complimentary breakfast was minimal and not very good. When I asked the single person taking care of the breakfast area where an item was located she said nothing and pointed in the direction. No smile, no verbal communication and apparently very little interest in her job. Mattress was too soft for my liking.

The location was excellent. Onsite parking was good. Room was clean and in good condition.

We reserved 3 rooms for one night traveling with family. The hotel staff were very courteous and the rooms clean. We asked to be on the ground floor and they were able to accommodate us. There was music streaming in the room when you walked in which made it very welcoming and there were many outlets in the room for your devices. The breakfast was included in the reservation and it was excellent with more choices than a typical hotel breakfast. Even the coffee was good. We check out the day before Canada and the lobby was all decorated for the holiday. Overall it was an excellent place to stay.

Bathroom was very small.

Excellent location in centre of Charlottetown, within easy walking distance of everything. It had a laundry room for guests’ use which was very handy. You could help yourself to free teas and coffees from the breakfast area at any time.
