slightly dated rooms, and an old 'motel' smell. Its not that bad though, just noticable when entering the room.

Booking.com had us on the second floor. I could not see that indication when I booked, on the site, but the owner was super great and gave us a main floor room. That is top notch in our books. The room was slightly dated, but who cares? It was clean, the bed was comfortable, but there is almost always a slight 'motel' smell in these older motels. We have been on the road for 4 weeks now. Motel/hotel every night, so I know what I'm talking about,lol.

Missed seeing the tidal bore but at least now I know what it is.

At first glance it looks a little tired but for the price it was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful, gave us a kettle and mugs for coffee. Restaurants nearby were very good.

They make a tremendous pressure for you to give a tip to the cleaning ladies. It leaves you with a very bad taste. I would not come back just for this reason.

View was great, close to the highway to use as a base for day trips. Simple room with comfortable bed and clean. Close to Starbucks and Tim's with many shops and restaurants close by.

Easy to find. Comfortable room. Nice place to stay. The owners, as well as the staff, work hard. Rooms are some of the cleanest I've ever seen. Staff is pleasant and non intrusive. A very PEACEFUL place to stay. They also have weekly rates! A rare find around here in the summer.

The air conditioning was clearly an afterthought. We were blessed with good weather, so didn’t turn it on.

It’s a very basic space, but very easy to the Fundy Discovery Site. It’s easy to find dining options on the other side of the expressway.

the bathroom was not very comfortable, it leaked water and was detached from the floor, the bed was not comfortable.

Has a very nice view and chairs that allow you to sit outside and watch the views.

Staff are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful with everything. They made navigation around Truro a walk in the park to this uninitiated tourist.

I found it a little noisy. I could hear people walking around upstairs, hear the tv next door, and people outside. Other than that I was very happy with my stay.

A twenty minute walk into town to the nearest restaurants and shops.

We were welcomed by the very friendly manager and were very pleased to see that our room was on the ground floor as requested and next to our friends. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The view was lovely and in a quiet location even though we could see the highway.

The rooms are a little dated and the bed was a little stiff. This didn't make anything bad though, just a note more than anything.

Convenient location for my road trip needs, quiet area good for a quality sleep! Staff was super friendly and kind and the room was clean. Good recommendation for local takeout as well!

The interior decor is dated and should really be updated especially the bathroom and flooring. Parking was adequate but maybe indicate where it is preferred to park (near the building or away from the building. I almost could not get out of the parking lot as one fellow parked close in and another further out leaving just enough room for me to pass as thee was only one exit I could get to where my room was.

for an older motel. it was in decent shape and comfortable. it was not the Taj Mahal but it was nice just the same. It was clean and the bed was comfortable though the pillows not so much.
