I could not find any information about the hotel, services, activities etc in the room. It was only on checking out that we saw there was wreath making and yoga available.

We couldn't order some drinks in the room. The parking at the hotel is too expensive for 4 nights. The hotel took automatically $ 39 from my bank account in the middle of the visit without any explanation. Then a person at the reception can explain to me that was a percentage automatic debiting for our total bill.

The hotel is well located. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. We loved the Christmas decorations in the lobby. The bar and the restaurant are very nice places too.

Was our first time staying the night in Toronto and it was absolutely amazing, The hotel staff were amazing the hotel breakfast was amazing, The hotel had a very rich feel to it, The room was outstanding, as well as the location wasn’t too far from the main activities, All together the stay was 10/10 will definitely be back

The hotel room is big and the beds are comfortable, and near to the Union Station and St Lawrence Market. There is a convenience store next door so we could grab some food for breakfast. The hotel reception was nice to allow us to keep our bags until evening, before we took our bus to Niagara Falls.

When I check-on, the lady at reception didn’t tell me there is a 75$ deposit when she took my credit card. I was notified by my bank later (automatic alert for 100$+ expense) so I was wondering what is that difference. I called the reception and then they told me there is a deposit. I totally understand the reason behind the deposit, but next time I would like to be informed at check-in.

The location is excellent! We need to take the train early in the morning the next day and the hotel is just 5 minutes walk away from the union station. It’s so nice in a raining day! The beds are so confortable!

Very nice location. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The espresso maker was awesome. The hotel is located by many restaurants, the St Lawerance market, and the Scotiabank arena. All walking distance. The staff was helpful and kind. This was our first time in Toronto, and the Novatel accommoded us well. We plan on returning the next time we are in town.

I booked 2 rooms. One for me one for friends. With intention of once checked in my friend would use his credit card for his room. Would not allow us to do so. Not huge issue just inconvenience. Have never had issue at other hotels.

Pillows are too thick for sleeping. We walked to Sleep Country Store to buy some. View out of room was into parking garage. Restaurant food at dinner was not good.

We could have used more coffee in the room but a simple call to front desk solved that problem. It took me a minute to figure out that we needed to swipe our cards to move the elevator.

I loved the location. Close to everything you could possibly need or want. The beds were comfy. The rooms were clean. The rain shower was hot and wonderful. The parking was a breeze. The staff were helpful with all our questions. We had a wonderful stay.
