I rated answered "no" to receiving a quiet room purely because there was a large group of young people staying on the same floor as us playing music, talking loudly in the halls. We recognise, however, that we were staying in this hotel on New Year's Eve so it's a bit unrealistic to expect people to be quiet. When we asked for a taxi to be called to the airport the hotel calls a private car service which we found to be more expensive than a regular taxi, however the ride was very comfortable.

We had such excellent service at this hotel, one particular staff member (a gentleman whose name I can't remember) went to exceptional lengths to ensure our comfort. We were able to check in a couple of hours early and were delighted at the size and cleanliness of the room and bathroom. We used the laundry services at the hotel which were on the more expensive side, however we recognise most people aren't washing a large amount when they stay in hotels like this - we were washing weeks worth of clothing. Our clothes came back in the time frame we were expecting and we had no issues with the result. We were in a fantastic location, walking distance (for two very active people) to Scotia bank arena, Nathan Phillips Square and our pickup location for our day trip to Niagara Falls.

The breakfast was nice but a little pricey. Also it might be good to note the car height restrictions and the price for parking on the booking.com website.

Perfect location. Room was clean and of good size. The staff were friendly and even let us check in a little bit early. We felt safe and comfortable.

The experience overall was excellent! I didn't face any major issues while I was at the hotel. I didn't use the facilities such as the gym or the pool so I don't know their quality. Sadly, Toronto became a really expensive city to travel to. This hotel offered a nice deal but it wasn't cheap anyway.

The staff was amazing! The room was really comfortable and quiet. I went to Toronto to watch a concert at the Meridian Hall. The hotel is about a 3-minute walk from there so it was great to me. Lots of restaurants around too.

Unfortunately, my time at the hotel was too short due to a delayed flight etc. So I was unable to see and enjoy all the facilities the hotel had to offer. The only thing that I had a hard time with was finding the button to turn off the headboard light! I never found it despite asking the front desk, and instead had to unplug it.

The location of the hotel in the heart of Downtown Toronto was excellent. St. Lawrence Market is just steps away, and we could easily access the historic distillery district as well as the downtown core. The room was clean, staff friendly and would happily stay there again.

Very good size and had sufficient plugs for charging multiple devices. As well, the room was a very good size and very comfortable, with all the amenities.

The pool water was quite cold, so perhaps a heated pool but other than that everything was great!

Lovely staff, particularly in Café Nicole. The swimming pool, spa and gym were great. The location was fantastic - easy walk to lots of tourist attractions.

I could not find any information about the hotel, services, activities etc in the room. It was only on checking out that we saw there was wreath making and yoga available.

When we booked it said, "dogs are welcome." It does not mention that there is a 75 CAD fee and a paper to sign where you have to assume responsibility if anyone else complains. My dog is quiet, and we had no issues, but is easy for other people to complain for no reason. Furthermore, the staff was not welcoming and looked at us almost with disdain. Because we had a dog? Because we were not fancy? I don't know, but they were not nice...

The room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet and had the basic amenities. The location was great, we were able to walk to a park with our dog, to Union Station for the train, and to St Lawrence's Market. We could also leave our bags for a couple of hours at no charge, which is great when having a flight later in the afternoon.

The parking fees & got a ticket of $ 75 although gave my car registration number at Check In and paid for the parking. However, the Customer Service Officer at the reception told me that he will take care of the ticket & that I don't have to pay the penalty by faxing a copy of the parking receipt of payment.

We couldn't order some drinks in the room. The parking at the hotel is too expensive for 4 nights. The hotel took automatically $ 39 from my bank account in the middle of the visit without any explanation. Then a person at the reception can explain to me that was a percentage automatic debiting for our total bill.

The hotel is well located. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. We loved the Christmas decorations in the lobby. The bar and the restaurant are very nice places too.

Was our first time staying the night in Toronto and it was absolutely amazing, The hotel staff were amazing the hotel breakfast was amazing, The hotel had a very rich feel to it, The room was outstanding, as well as the location wasn’t too far from the main activities, All together the stay was 10/10 will definitely be back

The hotel room is big and the beds are comfortable, and near to the Union Station and St Lawrence Market. There is a convenience store next door so we could grab some food for breakfast. The hotel reception was nice to allow us to keep our bags until evening, before we took our bus to Niagara Falls.
