Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

NigeriaThe wash hand basin in the wash room had some hidden dirts at the edge crevices. More attention should be paid to the cleaning of the wash room. Also the beddings were not changed in the 3 nights we stayed and the toiletries were not replenished. The wash room was also not cleaned throughout our stay

CanadaThe location was pretty rough. There were a lot of street people loitering near-by. The grass was beside the hotel was littered with garbage and broken glass.
The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and efficiently laid out. The pool was big and well maintained. This room had a full kitchen which was very helpful.

Breakfast was good. The pancake maker wasn't working and the person who was 'filling up' the food went promptly to tell someone else and he came and took the machine apart. The check in staff were very friendly. When we arrived, we asked if there was a unit with a microwave and he apologized as they were upgrading the units and the one assigned to us didn't have one. The building was kept very neat and clean; people emptying the garbage cans..... Tim Horton's nearby so that we could grab a bite to eat for dinner. Excellent stay.

CanadaOur room was not ready at check in time. In fact, nobody’s rooms were ready and the line was big at the front desk, we were all told to wait. There were people waiting in the lobby, in the lobby living room, and outside. Our room was ready one hour later than check in time. A lot of people were complaining. One couple had a wedding reception to attend and was not able to to get ready. It was inconvenient for a lot of people, many were complaining. When our room was finally available we had no towels, our pillows were thrown on the bed and to top it off myself and son had bed bug bites. It was HORRIBLE!! When I saw the welts on my son I couldn’t believe it! The pattern of the bites resembles bed big bits. They bit in clusters of threes. We both had bites and they were terribly itchy. I came to my moms the next day and had to bag all our clothes before bringing it in her house and immediately throw it all in the wash. We had to wash/clean out suitcases outside before bringing them in to make sure we did not bring any bed bugs into my moms house. They definitely need an exterminator on the 5th floor and because the room is carpeted it’s easier for the bed bugs to get from place to place! Disturbing and disgusting. I would never stay there again.

CanadaMy bed sheets were not changed! I even found crumbs underneath the pillows was quite disgusting. The bathroom also smelled of cigarette smoke. I find this quite unacceptable especially with Covid etc. The front desk was very sympathetic about my situation & assured me someone would call me about this matter & they didn’t. I did hear from housekeeping management & he was very professional about it but he was not sure why I didn’t hear back from customer service…..not acceptable.
I liked the location & staff was friendly but unfortunately bed was dirty.

CanadaThere was 2 broken lites one on the ceiling the other a lamp that was mounted to a wall that was crooked and wobbly hair throughout the room that was not ares and the breakfast was worse than microwave breakfast at a gas station and really small tv other then that the bed was good
