Lovely hotel, clean large room with 2 very comfortable queen beds, great jacuzzi and powerful shower! Well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook but plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. Nice to have a coffee machine in the room. Helpful friendly staff. Would have used the pool if the weather was better!

The room was somewhat overpowered by the hot tub which we did not use.

It was centrally placed in the town. It was good value. There was a nice balcony space.

Quite a few small annoying maintenance issues with the room. We reported them on check out and they discounted our parking. Thanks. Bed was soft, not good for the back.

Hot tub was not working and pool was heated but not warm enough, unfortunately. Mattress and duvets were both comfortable. However, an extra option of pillow height would be appreciated (they were high for me personally).

Our rooms were on different floors so not close together at all as requested. The jacuzzi bath was only big enough one small person to enjoy.

The room was comfortable and the hotel was located just off the village stroll so it was easy to get around Whistler.

Reception - Wed checked in at 3pm and they said they’d ring to let us know when the room was ready. They didn’t. We then had to queue again and wait and then we weren’t given the room we’d booked. We then had to queue again behind all the people checking in. So frustrating and a big waste of time.

The floor we were on was noisy. Music loud and banging thru walls and people walking up and down the hallway late at night. Hallways are narrow and housekeeping leaves carts parked in hallways for long periods of time which makes it hard to move around. 10am check out is very early.elevators extremely busy during check out morning hours between staff and carts taking up whole elevators and people and check out. Maybe adjust so staggered times of each so traffic of people flow better?

Comfortable and clean bedroom and bathroom. Shower was simple and easy to use, adequate water pressure. Accomodating for an early check-in at about 1pm instead of 4pm. Complimentary coffee and tea at the lobby.

Very comfortable bed. The room jaccuzi was a waste of time, the extra space would have been good. The outdoor pool was good but only because we were the only ones there.

The pillows were too puffy for my neck, which needs better support; as well, the mattress was a little too soft for me (not him).

Room: Was clean with plenty of room. I loved being able to sit out on a balcony - was perfect for viewing the Northern Lights. We love the location as it's in a quieter part of Whistler, yet still very close to the Village stroll, restaurants, etc. I also enjoyed all 3 restaurants that are attached to the property. Excellent food and staff.

I did not like to pay separately for the parking.

Room was clean. It was nice to have a hot tub in the room just beside the bed! Full set of dishes and amenities in the room were really helpful. Good sound isolation.

Even though the pool and spa were closed for maintenance, the hotel arranged for us to use another at a hotel very close by! Spa bath in room was great! Staff very good and informative. Room with 2 queen beds and cooking facilities was excellent.

Room was clean but decoration is getting old.

We had a room with view to mountain which was very pleasant. Location is very close to all restaurants and shopping. Just 1-2 minutes walk. It was also nice to have a fire place (gas) and jacuzzi in the room.

Hallway noise. Not well insulated. Voices echo on hard floors.

Really good value. Alot of little extras in the room, access to a pool - I didn't go- at a good rate. Secure parking too.
