We picked it to have a hot tub after weeks of travel on last travel nite. It was not working, no indication of that on web site. Gentleman at front desk hard to understand.

Good location to airport, great to have a breakfast, great to have the shuttle.

The only thing was there was not much option for a restaurant around when we flew in the night before. There was one about 200meters down the road at another hotel, but that was it. Other than that all was great.

Large spacious rooms, breakfast was good and had a variety to meet the needs of most. Complimentary shuttle to the airport. Most of the things you would want for a lay over stay to catch a flight.

The location was very industrial. I was without a vehicle and fortunately had friends pick me up for dinner, but there didn't seem to be any restaurants within walking distance. This would be a concern for dinner if without a car.

The staff are lovely - helpful and cheerful! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

My room 319 has a problem with the water going to the toilet and is constantly making a pressure noise every minute so I had to turn off the water during sleeping as it clunked constantly. I would stay again but at least a bottle of water should be in each room instead of having to buy it at the front desk. I believe it is the first room with no water for you to drink besides the tap. You can buy it to stock in each room for 10 cents a piece.

Breakfast was very good and so was the breakfast friendly staff.

Kind of off the beaten track. Breakfast was so so. Pool was full of noisy rowdy teenage boys.

Nice grassy area with patio behind the hotel. Bathroom was a nice size.

Nothing too bad, just a couple of things to have in mind: 1. You won’t reach the hotel on foot from the airport (as I thought), however, they do provide a free shuttle. 2. Breakfast is really very simple and choices are limited. However, it’s enough to get some food to be ready for a day.

It was a nice stay overall - big room, clean, friendly staff. They provide a free shuttle to and from the airport. It was quiet at the hotel which we really appreciate.

Their breakfast wasn’t good - limited options. It important to cater for vegans and it really doesn’t cost them anything out of the ordinary to do that. I told them in advance about my dietary restrictions. They double charged me, and that was very unconvincing. Staff had a cavalier attitude, it’s like they couldn’t care less.

Great location - close to the airport. Very clean amenities. Quiet and convenient - peaceful and very safe. Ease of booking. Online checking option excellent. Comfortable beds and linen.

There was a shuttle to pick us up from the airport, and get us back there in time. The driver was helpful with the luggage. The early breakfast was a great bonus Neighboring hotel had a good restaurant.

I got hungry around 10pm, so I bought some food next to the front desk. At that time, the staff was kind enough to check other items in stock. Also, our room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

The king bed we slept on was creaky.

The breakfast had a great selection of hot items with two types of eggs, baked beans, pancakes and a selection of breads to toast along with fresh fruit and overnight oats with oatmeal.

I had to wait In the middle of the night two times for the shuttle, because the person on the telephone told me to wait inside! Because it was cold/ so I waited inside and missed the shuttle twice (waited one hour/)after phoning again then they told me to go to the entrance 16. After arriving at the hotel they did not want to give me a second key it was 1:30 in the night Emily members were already sleeping!
