The fan in washroom sounded like a jet plane taking off. Too loud. Would have liked another chair in the room or a love seat. Didn't like walking outside in the snow to access the swimming pool in the main building. Would be nice if the buildings were attached.

Good size room. Clean and beds were comfortable.

We were given wristbands as part of security of New Years Eve. Upon our return to the hotel we walked through the front door and up the stairs to our room. Nobody asked to see our bands, IDs or room keys. It was very loud in the hallways until well after 2am. This after signing a noise waiver. The hotel facilities, staff and rooms were great. The enforcement of security was lax.

The location relative to Niagara Falls, the casino and restaurants are great. You can walk to everything. $500 for two nights during New Years Eve/Day is very affordable.

I think there's too much chlorine in the swimming pool

The hotel was very clean and within walking distance to alot of attractions. For the price poi t yoy couldnt ask for anyrhing more, the staff were always friendly and helpful, the room was well kept, and batroom was very clean. I would definately stay here again. Only complaint was the breakfast at the hotel restaurant ( IHOP)was a bit over priced but thats not the fault of the hotel.

They do not provide a single bottle of water in the room - please carry your own water. They do not clean your room, if you are staying for more than 1 night - be ready to clean the room your self.

The rooms are big size - we opted for a double Queen with a city view.

My only problem was the security system in the parking lot.... seconds away from having my truck stolen and when we got the tape reviewed we couldn't make out anything of substance, quality looked stone age! Please upgrade the security system for your future guests safety. Thank you :)

what was weird about the property was that you checked in in one building then went to another building to get to your room. that was alittle confusing at first but wasn’t too bad. the elevators in tower B are very slow and take forever to open once you reach your floor. I am also terrified of elevators so to be fair maybe that was more on me then then but it did take a long time to get to our room on the 6th floor. we had a view of the parking lot and you can hear the road noise through the door to the balcony. It wasn’t too bad to where it was bothersome but it is a busy street and with nothing on you heard the noise all night.

the hotel was close to everything. the location was great. we only stayed one night but will come back so we can explore more when it isn’t so cold out. love that there is a balcony.

City view room - our view was obstructed by the Wyndam hotel sign as well as overlooking the roof of the hotel. Very disappointed

They put us in the older building, heating wasn’t too good. asked us for $20 for an hour late check-out. They don’t come in if you ask them for a clean up

Arrived near midnight. initial impression was bad as there was nobody on the desk on arrival and staff were arguing away from the desk. They were pleasant to us though and we had no problems after that.

Location and convenience. reasonably priced for the area. Quiet, near but not next to attractions. ihop in the building.

That I had to pay to park. I think it's ridiculous that I paid almost 200 to stay at your property and then you wanted me to pay more to park where I am sleeping. When picking up blankets off the floor we noticed that housekeeping doesn't clean under the beds. We picked up the larger stuff and put it in the garbage but it wouldn't hurt to sweep or vacuum under there on a more regular basis.
