Cool hotel, great staff. Everyone that I saw during my stay went beyond polite & helpful, made me feel at home. The hotel itself is funky, has a great vibe, but also would be fine for families, business, friends. The location is nice, popular area but not too hectic and close to tram links to get you around the city. Special mention for Ole Ole bar across the road.

You have to beware that Zurich is an expensive City. But for example all the meals we had were quality. Plus,as it says on the tin the hotel on one side overlooks the railway.

Location was within easy walk to Zurich old town. The large room was very comfortable and clean. The staff on reception were very friendly and efficient and quick to sort out any problems. We took the opportunity to have the new Mini car which the hotel offered for a day and we drove to Lake Lucerne which was beautiful. Great team at the hotel creating a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. We went to a concert at the Hall venue which was only 20 minutes by train

Although location was great, within walking distance from train station, it still took us at least 10 mins of dragging luggage through the rain (i know it's no one's fault for the bad weather). Even without luggage, you would feel the distance cause there's not much to see along the way to hotel.

Very lively, young, hipster vibe to the hotel. Size of room was great. Complimentary food and drinks from minibar, including beer! Hotel advised us to get the brunch for Sunday, which was a great idea, as we could go twice (for breakfast and then for lunch).

We booked this hotel because it was near the main train station. The staff, room etc were fine but we did not stay for breakfast. All the restaurants nearby were very busy on the Thursday night we stayed.

Good sized room. Very comfy bed. A window that we could open. Location was great and easy to walk to from the train station. Just a short walk to loads of places to eat and different types of bars.

It seems scary for us to walk in the evening as there are some drunkards around the vicinity.

The marketing strategy is brilliant, how they communicate really liked it. This is not just another hotel, you feel that you are in a special place. Unfortunately my stay was express and I did not have time to use the restaurant, sauna, breakfast... next time.

The only disappointing thing was the breakfast. The buffet selection was large but nothing was that great.

Beautiful room and design. Lots of nice touches like a free mini bar and use of Sauna, made it feel special. Clearly the hotel thinks a lot about the experience of their guests whether traveling solo, as a couple or with a family.

It was quite warm for October and the air conditioning wasn't keeping up. We opened the window and the street noise was quite loud late into the evening and early morning. Also, while the rooms are really cool and eclectic, it would have been nice to have a normal chair to sit in to do some reading before getting into bed.

Great location near bahnhof. Excellent restaurants on premises. Free mini-bar included in the room. Our flight schedule changed and we missed breakfast, so the staff packed breakfast for us to eat on the way to the airport.

TV was not working, and it was not a smart TV. Also the room was pretty dark and I'd like to see more light options to make the room brighter.

The people at the reception were very nice and friendly! The room was spacious. The view was nice and it wasn't really noisy.

there was nothing which I didn’t like

the hotel room was AMAZING! everything was thought through from A-Z in regards of decoration. amazing shower gel & shampoo from soeder. the window bench was so cool! the shower in the middle of the room was huge and the best thing … no water spilled out, as some hotel showers usually do. the breakfast buffet was oke of a kind … I would even go there just for breakfast. last but not least: the location is perfect. just a quick walk from zurich train station , just a quick walk through the europaallee.
