Positive section of review
The flat was nicely arranged by the owner. Everything was useful and thoughtfully placed in the house. The guest manual was quite detailed and helpful in knowing how to stay without any hassle. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable with soft pillows and sufficient blankets. the view from the windows is quite nice. The kitchen was equipped for breakfast and small cooking. The host also provides complimentary cycles & paddle boats (we didn't use them, though). Note - Don't follow Google Map directions as it will take you from a smaller road, follow the road till the end, and then take the smaller road toward the apartment.

The bathroom was quite small (I guess it's the same at all other b&b). There were no blinds on the bathroom door window (it's uncomfortable for the family) The location is downhill (difficult if you have heavy luggage). The nearest bus stop is a bit of a walk.

Location is fantastic for skiing the Titlis area and only a short stroll into town. Apartment exceeded our expectations, it was well equipped and spacious. We were a party of 4 friends on a long weekend ski trip. Esther met us with the keys at the property, and very kindly let us check out a little later on last day so that we could ski before our departure.

Excellent quality breakfast and super helpful and informed staff. room was nice, although there only 1 pillow per person, there could be more options on that. There was a nice spot in the corridor with fruits and coffee and water available 24x7.

Location was ok, a bit busy and the bell ringing from the church across the street every 30 minutes was too much. A hotel with a view to the river could be a better choice for some.

Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Central, easy to access location. Good place to sleep and wake up, bad place to hang around during the day.

The windows couldn't be opened. The room would get uncomfortably stuffy in the afternoon.

Free Netflix, extra Pillows and blankets. The area felt safe. The view from the bedroom was beautiful .The big fridge was also nice to have.

The floors weren’t so clean. They need to be mopped. I would recommend getting a swifter mop that would be fast to clean the floor. I think the floors need to be vacuumed. I think they were only swept. Also a few bowls for cereal would be nice and a cutting board to cut veggies and a peeler. Also a couch cover on the sofa so it stays more clean. You could wash it ever other time maybe? Just a few things that would help it be more clean and complete. But I am a perfectionist when it comes to a clean apartment.
