The breakfast had a lot of choices, which is great but lack in choices for gluten and lactose free options.

The room was comfortable and had enough space for the price.

They don’t provide kettle or coffee machine in rooms . There’s a coffee machine at the reception and we need to pay and get it from the staff

Waking up in the morning, I saw an old bloodstain on the sheets. Breakfast very expensive, no value for money. Connection from carpark to reception/room is inconvinient. long waiting time at reception for check-in and check-out.

I really liked the spacious bathroom and good connection to the city.

Very expensive breakfast (I get it, it’s Switzerland but it’s outside the city) It takes 1hr to walk to the city so not ideal Couldn’t get the air in the room to function for a cooler temperature

Squeaky Beds, borderline unstable , not comfortable for a good nights sleep, also obscure "bubbling" Noises throughout the night.

the room felt a bit cold and it was not possible to change the temperature in the room. There is no safe deposit box in the room. There is no kettle in the room. For the price, the room felt a bit basic. There was also wake up alarm clocked programmed into the TV at 5:30am. The hotel does not seem to reset it from previous guests. The breakfast was ok but not what you would expect for the price asked for it. Better book without breakfast. The dinner in hotel restaurant was average and not worth the price.

the hotel is easy to drive too and there are parking available so it is good option if travelling by car. The gym is nice and there is also sauna and steam room in the spa area. The bed is comfortable.

-No in-room coffee maker and 5 chf a cup in the lobby. - Sauna should be respectful of different culture's desire for modesty and not require full nudity. -Double charge for rooms that was luckily caught by another employee but still took several days to resolve on my card.

Location is only a short walk from a train station that gets you to center in 10 minutes, staff was very friendly and accommodating.

No kettles in the room, there's a Starbucks vending machine downstairs. Heating/cooling at the room seemed centralized, trying to crank up or down the heating had no effect

Decent place to stay a night or two, location is close to a train station, so while you're not at center of the city, it is quick enough to reach

The hotel is close by (walking distance) from Altsteten train station and bus station. The hotel has a hotel bar, restaurant and an awesome hotel store with a variety of cold beers, wine, soda's and snacks. Open 24/7, and allowed to drink with friends in the spacious lobby - after the hotel bar closed. Had lovely evenings in the lobby of the hotel. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are decent sized and have all the amenities.

Generally it was ok though I really wish that they had covers for the hot beverage. They offered hot water for free from the Starbucks self serve near the registration area. However, when you are trying to to bring a hot beverage without a lid, there is a greater possibility of getting burned by the hot liquid, which happened to me. So I do have a nasty red scar to remember the hotel by. I would have been happy to pay for the cup cover to ensure that I don’t get burned. So be careful. I guess better yet, pack your own container.

It was close to the Swiss Life Arena where we had a convention and it was very close to the train stop of Alstetten.

It’s just a shame that the hotel doesn’t provide any small kettle and some tea in the rooms. Usually those kind of treats are a standard.

The hotel itself is very nice and modern. Rooms are also modern, comfy and clean. They are also bigger than I initially imagined, so it was a nice surprise. The bed was super comfortable. Staff was also nice enough to let us check out later than 12:00 which was very much appreciated :)

The hotel listed itself as accommodating 3 people, but the second “bed” was really a bench/couch.

it felt like the room was originally made for an elderly housing. everywhere in the room where buttons to press for emergency and red cords to pull in an emergency. also there was a seating chair to fold in the shower. the shower curtain wasn‘t wide enough everything was wet after the shower.

the location and the staff was very friendly. there was a huge window in the room, almost ceiling to floor.

Essential rooms, no fridge, no kettle, and the windows are sealed. Wouldn't recommend spending more than one night. Breakfast is good, but not included and pretty expensive.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. The sauna is nice and there is a small gym too.
