We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PortugalThere’s no heating system control panel in the room, and the hotel and the room was too hot, we always had to have at least one window open..
The apartment has everything you need to cook. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was nice, with a lot of variety. Check in went smoothly, make sure to follow the instructions on the app before you arrive. Friendly staff.

NetherlandsOur room was a bit warm, likely due to the holiday season and limited staff availability. However, it wasn't a significant issue as we could comfortably manage by keeping the windows open. Despite this small challenge, our overall experience remained positive and enjoyable.
Our stay at the hotel was genuinely delightful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our experience very pleasant. The highlight was the convenient self-check-in process, which utilized an access code for seamless entry. Our time here was fantastic, and we highly recommend this hotel.

NetherlandsThe hotel is brand new but it doesn't offer air conditioning in the rooms. The best they could do was a standing fan and the heat was absolutely sweltering. The hotel is so efficient that it feels soulless and is devoid of charm. The self check-in didn't work for us and we had to phone the manager at 3 am for a new room code. The breakfast is only fair: dry eggs, unripe fruit.

Australiano one there for checkin and no one answered the phone numbers provided on the sign at reception desk. Checkin process via app extremely confusing. there was a constant stream of lost fellow travellers unable to check in. christina who works at the next door greek restaurant was extremely helpful to all the people who kept coming and asking for help - but they are not connected to the hotel, not paid, and have no access to the hotel's booking system. we finally managed to get the access code to our room after trying for more than an hour. the room was noisy from nearby train line, major through road, and the block of flats opposite with parties on balconies and in the yard. there was no aircon, and no exhaust fan in the windowless bathroom. it's outside of the village and a long walking distance. no public transport. the only thing to be recommended is the greek restaurant next door.
