Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is close to the airport and public transport. Thus, it was easy for us to ge to where we needed to be, whether for business or exploring Geneva. Thank you to Julie and Virginie for they friendly service, we would 10/10 recommend Adina to friends, family, and business collegues The breakfast was very good as well, the chef was friendly and got our orders perfect. The pancakes were delicious!

TaiwanIt being Geneva the value-for-money is always a problem, but this hotel is still in the acceptable range. It could be located closer to the city, since the quartier is indeed on the outskirts, but the connection by public transit is still ok. We didn't try out any breakfast or so, since we just used the kitchen and utensils provided in the room. As always in Geneva the rooms are not large and stacking everything in when travelling with a lot of luggage might take some thinking. Nevertheless the design of the storage does try to take this into account.
I was extremely happy with this hotel. Staying in Geneva is expensive, not just for accommodation but especially also for food. This apartment hotel solves part of this problem through the well stocked kitchen and dining area in the room. There are bakeries and supermarkets nearby the hotel as well. The area is a newly built quartier and all buildings are very new. The hotel is connected to the airport via bus and the city via tram lines 14 and 19. These will take you into the city within 20 minutes and to the airport in less than 10 min. The rooms also feature an A/C unit which is very welcome in the newly hot summers Geneva has been experiencing. All in all this hotel is a good choice for visitors who know their way around or just want a home-away-from-home feel.

Almost everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay in Geneva. The staff were very very friendly and very helpful especially Rashid who has explained for us how to use the public transportation which made it very easy for us to move from the apartment to the centre of Geneva where all the city attractions are available.

located close to airport. they offered pick up drop off but we had already booked it thru emirates so didnt require. The hotel offered us both free bus/train passes for our entire stay which we used daily. Bus/Train was only 80-100m away. Some shops close by and eating out wasn't a problem or eating in if we wished as the apartment had everything required to cook. washer/dryer was great. and our dog enjoyed his stay too.

Loved this hotel, very new, lovely decor, spacious and quiet rooms with VERY comfy beds. Everything you would need in a convenient location (simple tram from the property to the centre with free travel ticket provided by hotel, short walk to the airport). Shout out to the extremely friendly front of house staff also - makes a difference.

United StatesThe parking could be better. There were seemed a lot of constructions going on and lots of spots were blocked. As a foreigner, there was not too many English instructions. We didn't understand how to get out of the parking lot after 10pm. Perhaps could use eat-in restaurant. We checked in really late and didn't feel like going out to eat but had no choice because they don't have any restaurant.
I left early morning so no breakfast experience but the check-in experience was great! The front office lady was very friendly and made the check-in fast and convenience. The room was cozy and homey. Looks and feels very clean.
