How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The housekeeping could have been a little better.
It offered all the facilities like a washing machine and a small kitchenette with all appliances and gadgets. Made our stay very comfortable.

Nothing, we wish we could've stayed longer
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is close to the airport and public transport. Thus, it was easy for us to ge to where we needed to be, whether for business or exploring Geneva. Thank you to Julie and Virginie for they friendly service, we would 10/10 recommend Adina to friends, family, and business collegues The breakfast was very good as well, the chef was friendly and got our orders perfect. The pancakes were delicious!

It being Geneva the value-for-money is always a problem, but this hotel is still in the acceptable range. It could be located closer to the city, since the quartier is indeed on the outskirts, but the connection by public transit is still ok. We didn't try out any breakfast or so, since we just used the kitchen and utensils provided in the room. As always in Geneva the rooms are not large and stacking everything in when travelling with a lot of luggage might take some thinking. Nevertheless the design of the storage does try to take this into account.
I was extremely happy with this hotel. Staying in Geneva is expensive, not just for accommodation but especially also for food. This apartment hotel solves part of this problem through the well stocked kitchen and dining area in the room. There are bakeries and supermarkets nearby the hotel as well. The area is a newly built quartier and all buildings are very new. The hotel is connected to the airport via bus and the city via tram lines 14 and 19. These will take you into the city within 20 minutes and to the airport in less than 10 min. The rooms also feature an A/C unit which is very welcome in the newly hot summers Geneva has been experiencing. All in all this hotel is a good choice for visitors who know their way around or just want a home-away-from-home feel.

Nothing I still keep on insisting the staff all of them are wonderful ✨✨
Almost everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay in Geneva. The staff were very very friendly and very helpful especially Rashid who has explained for us how to use the public transportation which made it very easy for us to move from the apartment to the centre of Geneva where all the city attractions are available.

we be great if it had a restaurant. but in saying that one wasn't too far away .
located close to airport. they offered pick up drop off but we had already booked it thru emirates so didnt require. The hotel offered us both free bus/train passes for our entire stay which we used daily. Bus/Train was only 80-100m away. Some shops close by and eating out wasn't a problem or eating in if we wished as the apartment had everything required to cook. washer/dryer was great. and our dog enjoyed his stay too.

Parking is very convenient - underground, right under the hotel, but it can be quite expensive Everything else was great
Amazing spacious room, very modern, very clean, nice and comfortable bed, wooden floor, smart TV :), blinds that provide complete dark inside of the room, nice bathroom with shower, for longer stay you will appreciate a small, but fully equipped kitchen. Amazing breakfast ! fresh orange juice , excellent eggs Also the staff was very nice and helpful

There’s no network for the phone, but the WIFI is working well.
Everything location is great 2 mnts from the Tram station which takes less than 10 mnts to the center of Geneva, hotel is also 5pnts from airport, it’s a brand new hotel very comfy room is huge staff are so friendly, sure will be back.

Loved this hotel, very new, lovely decor, spacious and quiet rooms with VERY comfy beds. Everything you would need in a convenient location (simple tram from the property to the centre with free travel ticket provided by hotel, short walk to the airport). Shout out to the extremely friendly front of house staff also - makes a difference.

The parking could be better. There were seemed a lot of constructions going on and lots of spots were blocked. As a foreigner, there was not too many English instructions. We didn't understand how to get out of the parking lot after 10pm. Perhaps could use eat-in restaurant. We checked in really late and didn't feel like going out to eat but had no choice because they don't have any restaurant.
I left early morning so no breakfast experience but the check-in experience was great! The front office lady was very friendly and made the check-in fast and convenience. The room was cozy and homey. Looks and feels very clean.
