We love this boutique hotel to pieces. It is not the first time we stayed here and it's definitely not gonna be the last. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. We had a big room overlooking the main pedestrian street. The room was clean, nicely decorated and quiet. The bed was very comfy. We appreciated the coffee and tea facilities in the room. We also appreciated a lot the bar on the ground floor that served very good beer and very good flammkuchen until relatively late. Parking is very easy to find if one follows the hotel instructions. We positively regretted that we only booked one night.

The room had a very small window overlooking the back of the adjacent building and a service room. Small room, not enough lighting and no mini fridge.

The only thing we didn't like wasn't their fault. It happened to be hot that day and so the rooms were a smidge warm; but that's Europe in the summer, no AC!

Great location, right downtown and surprisingly no noise in our rooms! The rooms were very cute, especially the one we got for the kids it was much larger. No breakfast included but that is easy to fix since there is a bakery right across the street and a market just down the road. Walking distance to everything. Super fun town to shop in!

The street below our rooms was very lively and noisy very late into the night. The rooms were great but needed more lighting as they were quite dark at night and without the curtains open.

Great location and large, clean, beautifully furnished rooms above a restaurant right on the main street of town. It was not far from the train station which was also great since we were traveling by train to Murten and made excursions by train from there. Murten is a wonderful town to stay in with easy boat and train excursions from the town and very good restaurants in town. Murten was a great choice since it was close to Bern but without all the negatives of a larger city.

Fantastic room, very western in the sense that the bathroom was huge and the mattress topper actually created a real king bed feel, versus just two twins shoved together. Private terrace was a huge plus for morning coffee. Great craft soaps/shampoo. I look forward to staying at the Adler again!

Although we arrived early and our rooms were not ready. they were kind enough to prepare the rooms for us as soon as possible and offered as coffee while we wait. Perfect host and customer service

We liked this hotel a lot. The staff was really friendly, they offered us a drink on the house. The room was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The location cannot get more central. We also appreciated the simple checkout that only required leaving the room key in a box upon departure. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was a little dark. A big lamp in the opposite corner of the bed would have been nice. And having a little fridge to store food would have been convenient as well. Although these points are just minor things to me. Loved it otherwise. Very nice decoration and vibe!

Everything else was great! Very friendly and helpful staff. The place is super clean and cozy. Would defo recommend it. Loved the separate duvets on the double bed (good call!)

No mirror in the triple room, only in the bathroom above the wash basin. Bed linen was wrinkled/had creases. In the other double room our other 2 friends were staying, the coffee cups were dirty/not washed upon arrival.

We did have a nice stay at The Adler Hotel located in Murten village and was fantastic with all the staffs very friendly. I have to say, we got there quite late in the evening and the reception couldn't be better, a very nice glass of white wine, delicious. We pretend to be back soon. I recommend.

It was quiet despite the fact it was in the center. Sound proofing is not very common in old buildings in Switzerland so I was very happy when I found this place. Bed was very comfortable. View from my window was pretty cool.
