We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomHotel restaurant seemed pricey so we didn't eat there in the evening, but then restaurants in Zurich are pretty expensive! We booked a twin room and with sofa bed as we were unsure if our daughter would be able to join us- and ended up having to pay an extra supplement for her to use the sofa bed, which we hadn't anticipated but if we'd booked for 3 from the outset I don't think this would have been the case.
It's a clean and airy hotel. Staff were really nice and helpful. Good continental style breakfast with hot food options, and a self service machine for free coffees in reception area . Bar prices seemed comparable with cafes and bars outside the hotel. There's a nice terrace so you can sit outside . (facing a quiet road). Brilliant convenient location - just 6 minutes by bus from the airport though it didn't feel like an airport hotel as it was in the village of Kloten. 2-3 minutes to the train station, with half hourly trains in Zurich. There's a supermarket very near the hotel which was handy.

IndiaI found the room to be small although it was fine for me since I was travelling solo. After keeping the suitcase on the stand, main door can be opened half only.
The property is well maintained. It’s in a peaceful area approximately 3 kilometres from the airport and a bus stop is hardly 100 meters from the property. Good and long walking tracks leading to jungles are close by. Staff is efficient and welcoming.

The room was very cosy, comportable and clean. The hotel is very close to the Zurich flughafen (10 min by taxi). I had a very nice rest. The fatigue accumumated during a 15 hr-flight was relieved very well. Hope to visit here again when I get a change to travel Swiss in the future.

BrazilThe temperature of the room. Since we can not control the temperature, it was a little hot at night.
First of all, the country is beautiful ! So, all around is beautiful too. The hotel is cozy and modern with a hint of old times. The room was larger than we expected, super clean with free amenities for the guests (coffee and tea) and cute little cushions in each bed. The location is perfect for those who intend to use the train to move around the country because the hotel is very close to the train station, actually, the station is as if it was the hotel"s backyard. The staff was very nice and gentle. There is an area for guests to chill out close to the reception where you can have a drink and enjoy a book from a small library. We tried the restaurant and food was very good ! For switzerland's standards it was a very good cost-benefit.

Australia- No real options for dining as the restaurant was closed for dinner and there wasn't much in walking distance, however, easy to order Uber Eats which helped after a long train ride.
- Very convenient location if you want to be near the airport, and it backs onto the train station so a very short walk which is also convenient. - Friendly, accommodating staff. - Great option for a simple hotel close to the airport. - Clean and quiet. - Good breakfast options (but had to pay extra for adults.)
