We loved the welcome at the hotel. Arriving with a young baby in a stroller, we were greeted very warmly and even upgraded to a family room. A baby bed was set up in the room as requested. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the train station and in a quiet area of Zermatt with little traffic. The spas are great, there's even a family area that's isolated from the rest of the spa. Thank you for this stay and we will be happy to return!

We would have liked that there are also bidet installed in the rooms bathrooms. The bathrooms are big and spacious there’s plenty of toom for it too.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s a pleasure to talk with them and have a little smalltalk. The room we had was spacious, perfectly clean, super cozy with the amazing view of the matterhorn from our balcony! The Spa, it’s clean, beautiful and you can find everything you need, even a dedicated separate children space! Enjoy it! The dishes in the restaurants and their breakfast are delicious!

The property is well-located amongst the various hotels within the area. It is convenient to get to and fro the main shopping street in Zermatt and the hotel facilities are very well maintained and up to date. Staff was extremely helpful and they provided the much needed transfer from the train station to the hotel and vice versa. It was simply marvellous!

The rooms were beautifully stylish and modern yet still held Swiss charm. Despite only booking a standard room, we still had a balcony view of the Matterhorn that glowed spectacularly in the morning sunrise. The pool & spa facilities were fantastic and ideal after a long day of hiking. Breakfast was varied and excellent quality. I would fully recommend choosing this hotel for couples, friends or families staying in Zermatt.

There’s really nothing much to complain about.

I love the resort and location. It is walkable from the zermatt station but also comes with an option of a mini shuttle running from 7am to 9pm at a call from the station central. I also love the entertainment, pool and spa which I can do within the resort. Staff were friendly as well! Had an opportunity to try out their Hornox restaurant and I think the food were pretty good. …and would like to thank the hotel for the thoughtful ‘gift’ as well! :)

I would phone up and check if the room has a view of the Matterhorn as some do not. We were helped out very professionally to change to a room with that view but in a busier period this might not be the case. The kids play area does need some modernising as a strange set up being in a very old part of the hotel and more like an old school room. A soft play area for slightly older children would go a long way with families. The breakfast was ok. I feel for the price there should be a few options cooked to order eg. the eggs. The hot food buffet area had run out by 9.45am on our second day which was surprising that it was not refilled.

The hotel is well situated and a nice walking distance to the town centre but in slightly quieter area which was perfect for our needs. The general views were great of the surrounding mountains. The rooms were a good size and nice balconies with a very warming, modern ski lodge vibe. The communal areas were nicely decorated and cosy feel. Amazing spa and great pub to go along with the hotel. The whole grounds are very nice and made to feel like on a small resort. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Dog loved it also! Would definitely stay again.

There is actually none….except for the laundry drying services that i needed but unfortunately it did not work due probably to time constraints or hotel policy. But still overall my fanily and i had a wonderful time….next time in the near future, we will definitely cone back at this place💕and will reccomend the same to family and friends.

It has what a traveller be it on vacation or bussiness purpose for comfort while away from home.
